ABSTRAKDashboard merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi proses yang sedang berjalan, memonitor kinerja yang sedang berjalan, serta untuk memprediksi kondisi di masa mendatang [2]. Perguruan tinggi memerlukan lebih dari satu jenis dashboard untuk mendukung upaya penjaminan dan peningkatan mutu. Perguruan tinggi memerlukan sistem dashboard, yaitu sekumpulan dashboard yang digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis dalam lingkup tertentu [3].Pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, diketahui bahwa terdapat 3 (tiga) aspek yang harus diperhatikan dalam pembangunan dashboard, yaitu data/informasi yang disajikan, personalisasi dashboard, dan kolaborasi antar pengguna dashboard [3]. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat model pengembangan dashboard untuk monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi. Language detection on a very large collection of documents can be done to increasing performance of information retrieval system. One of popular method on language detection is N-Grams, based on pieces of n-characters taken from a string. This research is developed language detection system based on N-Gram that performs by Indonesian or English language. In general, the steps being taken there were 3 phases, namely creating profile of each language, system testing, and system evaluation. Fifty documents were used to creating profile of each language, i.e. 25 Indonesian and 25 English. Sixty documents were used for system testing. System performance was evaluated using F-measures. Based on the test, obtained Fmeasures for unigram, bigram, and unigram respectively 0.933, 0.917, and 0.933.
In this study, we developed a document for managing Information Technology suppliers in hospitals. This document is used to ensure the proper management of IT suppliers in the hospital. Products and services in Information Technology have characteristics and specifications that are always up to date, making it difficult for non-IT people to understand. Hospitals whose main business in the health sector is often lack of human resources who understand IT. Observations and interviews were conducted in Indonesian hospital, to identify the characteristics and problems in supplier management. Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and government regulations on supplier management were reviewed and combined as a benchmark and guidance on how supplier management activities are carried out. The result of the process is a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document. The parties involved in the supplier management process have evaluated the SOP document. From the results of the study, it is known that currently, the hospital is still focused on procedures procurement of goods and services that are government regulated. This study proposes some new activities that are not currently done by the hospital.
