Introducción: La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que se encuentran asociados al desarrollo de las habilidades sociales en los adolescentes ante posibles repercusiones post confinamiento por el Covid19 en el contexto social, cuyo aislamiento generó limitantes que obstaculizan las capacidades de relacionarse con las demás personas. Materiales y métodos: El estudio es no probabilístico y cuenta con un tipo de investigación cuantitativa, no experimental; además, tiene un diseño analítico de cohorte transversal. El respectivo análisis estadístico se lo realizo por medio de estadísticos no paramétricos, por cuanto, las variables cuantitativas y ordinales no presentan normalidad en su distribución. Se aplicó una encuesta analítica y el test de Arnold Goldstein para valorar las habilidades sociales de la población conformada por un total de 178 estudiantes. Resultados y discusión: La mayoría de los estudiantes analizados, el 87,1% muestran niveles de habilidad social deficientes, en donde los más afectados por esta problemática son los menores a 17 años con sexo masculino por la presencia de factores de riesgo en los adolescentes, como baja autoestima y falta de comunicación asertiva. Conclusiones: El estudio induce a plantear que, la excesiva dependencia de la tecnología, insuficiente rendimiento académico y un deficiente desarrollo personal, son los principales efectos de una inadecuada habilidad social, además, se comprueba la asociación significativa que existe respectivamente, entre los tipos de habilidad social eficientes y deficientes con la comunicación asertiva positiva y nula.
La investigación trata de evidenciar los factores de riesgo en embarazos en mujeres en etapa madura de 35 años en adelante, durante su ciclo de gestación y posterior a este, para prevenir escenarios fatídicos tanto para la madre como para el feto, obteniendo directrices dirigidas a la planificación familiar, enmarcada en la documentación descrita y publicada por varios autores. Como objetivo se busca identificar cuáles son los principales factores de riesgo que conlleva un embarazo geriátrico en mujeres del cantón Morona. Se emplea una metodología cuasi experimental con un modelo de tipo bibliográfica-documental, además para la recopilación de los datos se diseñó y aplicó una encuesta con preguntas con escalas de Likert, misma que se agrupan en dimensiones de acuerdo a las variables identificadas, se calculó una muestra de 267 mujeres con embarazos geriátricos, con un nivel de confianza del 95% y de significancia del 5%. Para el análisis e interpretación de los datos y correlación se emplea el coeficiente de Pearson, mediante el uso del software estadístico SPSS. Según el análisis estadístico dio como resultado que los factores de riesgo en embarazos geriátricos tienen una correlación positiva alta de 0,789 de acuerdo al coeficiente de correlación de Pearson, lo que conlleva a concluir que los factores de riesgos en embarazos de tipo geriátricos si afectan a mujeres en el cantón Morona.
