The purpose of this study is to introduce utilization of e-Learning for mathematics on Resource-Based Learning (RBL) with a scientific approach to increase math-ematical creative thinking ability and to develop students’ self-confidence. This study is mixed method research with classroom action research for its design. Data analysis is with one-way ANOVA for creative mathematical thinking abil-ity, t-test for self- confidence survey, qualitative analysis for observation and in-terviews on the self-confidence of grade VII junior high school students in Sumedang, Indonesia. Integration of e-learning into Resource-Based Learning method produced a better enhancement in mathematical creative thinking ability and self-confidence development in comparison to learning without learning. The scientific approach contributed positive influence on students’ learning achievement. Creative mathematical thinking ability showed increases from one cycle. Analysis of mathematical creative thinking ability covered aspect of fluen-cy, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The post-test result showed lower achievement in comparison to test result of the final learning cycle.
This article reports the findings of one pretest-posttest design experiment with the control group and with GeoGebra software learning application to examine the mathematical understanding abilities and responses of students taking Geometry Transformation course. The subjects of this study were 24 students of mathematics education study program in Universitas Langlangbuana. The research instrument consisted of a mathematical comprehension ability test and a student response questionnaire. Based on data analysis using SPSS 2.0.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013, the study found that achievement and improvement in mathematical understanding skills and responses of students who received learning with GeoGebra software were better than achievement and improvement in student’s ability who obtain conventional approach for the high, middle and low categories. The study also found a moderate relationship between mathematical understanding ability and student response.
Mathematical representation ability is one of the important components in an effort to develop students’ thinking ability. However, in TIMSS’ report, it said that students’ ability in representing idea or concept is still low. One of the alternative ways to use is IMPROVE method in mathematics learning. Based on the problem, this study will compare the mathematical representation ability between students who take mathematics learning with IMPROVE method and students who take mathematics learning with conventional method. This study applied quasi-experimental method with Nonequivalent Control Group Pretest-posttest Design. Based on the results and discussions of this study, it can be concluded that the mathematical representation ability of students who learn mathematics with IMPROVE method is better than students who take mathematics learning with conventional method.
The growth of modern markets (supermarket) has big influence on traditional markets, especially regarding their consumers. Therefore the purposes of this research are analyzing the influence of personal factor to perception and motivation in purchasing tendency from traditional market to modern market. The research was using survey method with 257 respondents (modern market consumer) which are selected by accidental respondent method. Collected data then proceed to be analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model utilizing AMOS Software Ver. 18.0.The result shows that personal factor significantly and positively influencing perception but negative and insignificant to the motivation of household shopping pattern from traditional market to modern market in Makassar, South SulawesiKeywords : personal, perception, and motivation factor

Education is one of the most important components in life. Since man started educating themselves, since then man has managed to realize a wide range of development and progress in every part of their lives. In order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, the government continues to make various reforms in the education sector. Indonesia's education system has advantages and disadvantages compared to other countries. Comparative studies of education systems is one way to find out various aspects related to the Indonesian education system with certain countries, especially those related to the advantages and disadvantages that occur in the education system. For this reason, on this occasion the author tries to review and describe the comparison of education between Indonesia and Singapore.

Talking about the challenges of running a business in this competitive era is a fact. Likewise, running a tourism-supporting MSME business in Indonesia has challenges and opportunities. This study aims to obtain scientific evidence and discuss it to answer the challenges and opportunities MSME drivers face when adopting digital-based marketing in their business in the tourism sector. Through a study of many literature sources that we obtained electronically, several publications, both books, and scientific articles, we finally got the results of this research. As for the analysis process, we use techniques such as coding, analyzing and evaluating the data thoroughly, and extracting conclusions that can answer this problem with high validity. Based on the study's results and data discussion, we can say that MSME managers still face challenges in adopting digital applications in their tourism sector business. The main challenge is handling technology and promotional efforts with the ability to master foreign languages ??and competitive marketing strategies. Meanwhile, the opportunity is that with the application of this technology, MSME actors can get innovative, creative, and profitable services so that the Indonesian tourism industry can be more easily developed.
