Desde 2011, o e-commerce vem apresentando aumento de faturamento constante, registrando, em 2020, um crescimento de 55,74% em relação a 2019. Este trabalho busca investigar o comportamento de compra online durante a pandemia de Covid-19 no Brasil. Para isso, apoia-se em revisão bibliográfica, levantamentos estatísticos de associações e entidades durante o período e aplicação de questionário online com 126 respondentes. Os dados revelaram que os fatores que mais impactam as decisões de compra online são o preço, valor do frete, confiança na loja, qualidade do produto, as avaliações de outros usuários e a usabilidade e layout do site. Esses resultados apontam a relevância de os empresários entenderem o impacto e a importância do processo de digitalização do comércio na atualidade, bem como os novos perfis de consumo e o comportamento dos consumidores em momentos de incerteza. O estudo finaliza apresentando possíveis ações para a melhoria dos negócios no ambiente online.
