El lenguaje es un fenómeno psicológico natural e indispensable para la sociedad humana. Esta investigación presenta los fundamentos teóricos para el informe de gestión de la calidad por procesos. Para ello, fueron rescatados estudios relacionados con el tema de la comunicación y la gestión por la norma ISO 9001:2000, con el objetivo de investigar cómo estas variables se han percibido en las organizaciones. Se busca poner de relieve la importancia de las medidas que deberían estar presentes en el proceso de comunicación a través de la investigación publicada y se concluye en la necesidad de estudios que demuestren la importancia de la subjetividad en el proceso de comunicación, fenómeno presente en toda relación interpersonal.
RESUMO:Este estudo objetivou responder ao problema de pesquisa: Quais percepções têm os gestores e demais trabalhadores de uma empresa de transporte coletivo, do processo de comunicação interna da gestão da qualidade, por meio da Norma ISO 9001? As informações foram obtidas por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas pelo procedimento de grupo focal. O estudo transcorreu em uma empresa de transporte coletivo certificada pela ISO 9001. O processo da entrevista foi estruturado em três dimensões temáticas: comunicação interna; gestão do sistema da qualidade; e relações entre comunicação interna e gestão do sistema de qualidade. A partir dos resultados obtidos infere-se que predomina o diálogo colaborativo, e a transmissão das informações são realizadas por meio de mural, reuniões, cursos e treinamentos. Foi possível identificar que os geridos possuem clara visão do sistema de gestão da qualidade, denotando que, os canais de comunicação utilizados facilitam a transmissão de informações. ABSTRACT:This study aimed at answering the following: What are the perceptions of a public transport company managers and managees of the ISO 9001 quality management internal communication process? Information was obtained through focus group interviews. The study took place in an ISO 9001 public transport company. The interview process was structured in three thematic dimensions; internal communication; quality system management; and internal communication and quality system management relations. It is inferred trough the results that the predominant dialogue is the collaborative one, and information transmission is performed through bulletin boards, meetings, courses and workshops. It was possible to identify that the managees are aware of the quality management system pointing that the transmission of information is facilitated by the communication channels used. A shared set of ideals that teachers base their professional work on are outlined in the Teachers’ Professional Code of conduct. The Code is designed to give teachers the principles and guidelines they need to handle professional work. The main purpose for this study was to examine the effects of teacher professional code of conduct on teaching and learning process in public secondary schools in Busega District. Specifically the study aimed to explore forms of teachers misconduct that affect teaching and learning process. The 1986 Albert Bandura’s social cognitive theory provided the theoretical foundation for the study. The study used mixed research methods approaches and designs. The data was collected from a total targeted population of 457 from which a sample size of 82 respondents was obtained through probability and non-probability sampling techniques. Data were collected from respondents using questionnaire and interviews. A pilot study conducted employed split half technique and the result was 0.7 correlation coefficient hence the researcher used the instruments to collect data. Quantitative data collected were analysed through descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS version 20 while qualitative data were thematically analysed and presented in narrative form. The study found that various forms of misconduct such as teachers absenteeism, unethical dressing, the use of abusive language, drunkenness, lateness and others, highly and negatively affect the teaching and learning process. Therefore the study concluded that teacher professional code of conduct is essential for successful teaching and learning process besides effective achievement of educational goals. The study recommended that the government should improve teachers’ living and teaching conditions, use various discipline methods effectively to reduce indiscipline actions of teachers in school setting, service training and induction programmes concerning the teacher code of conduct for the newly appointed teachers, and cooperation between teachers and head teachers and also among teachers themselves for mutual relationship.
