It is known that the accreditations and certifications are important to enhance quality in higher education units means. Due to this fact, they have carried out several accreditations and certifications in the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon, where the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering has them at the undergraduate level, masters and doctorate with national recognition. On this occasion, it was held data collection reporting and support in this institution accreditations. Senior management of the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (FIME) aims to endorse and quality accreditations by different national associations. Such partnerships include Graduate Program (PNPC), among others. To collect data specifying the number of accreditations, and their level of accreditation, it conducted an investigation at FIME. The methodology for the investigation of strategies and programs of higher education, which have accreditation and / or certification at FIME, was based on various data. First data for the development of graphic where the percentage of school quality and performance can be seen in different periods with their accreditations were collected. After obtaining the percentages, he was properly compared. The results that were obtained through the graphic you can see the effort that FIME has had in the field of accreditation. It showed that nearly 100% percent of the PE of FIME are accredited by accreditation bodies Relevant agencies. In conclusion, certification and accreditation systems are linked to vocational training must be imparted in the premises of Higher Education and likewise, should continue to seek to expand the recognition of the FIME, especially internationally.Digital Object Identifier (DOI): http://dx.
