Amaç: Bu araştırma, renkli abdominal örtü ve kemer kullanımının non-stress test parametreleri ve maternal kaygıya etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Yöntem: Randomize kontrollü olarak tasarlanan çalışma, Aralık 2021-Şubat 2022 tarihleri arasında yürütüldü. Araştırmanın örneklemini güç analizi ile belirlenen 110 deney, 110 kontrol grubunda olmak üzere toplam 220 gebe oluşturdu. Non-stress test işlemi esnasında, deney grubundaki gebelere, girişim materyali olarak hazırlanan renkli abdominal örtü ve non-stress test kemeri uygulandı. Kontrol grubuna rutin non-stress test uygulaması dışında herhangi bir girişim uygulanmadı. Veriler kişisel bilgi formu, Durumluk Kaygı Envanteri ve Non-Stress Test Parametreleri kayıt formu kullanılarak toplandı. Bulgular: Girişim sonrası gebelerin Durumluk Kaygı Envanteri toplam puan ortalaması karşılaştırıldı ve hem grup içi hem de gruplar arasındaki farkın deney grubu lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu bulundu (p 0.05). Gebelerin renkli abdominal örtü ve non-stress test kemeri kullanımına yönelik memnuniyet düzeyleri değerlendirildiğinde non-stress test işlemi boyunca renkli örtü ile renkli non-stress test kemeri kullanımından memnun oldukları ve sonraki non-stress test işlemlerinde de aynı uygulamanın devam etmesini istedikleri belirlendi. Sonuç ve Öneriler: Çalışma sonucunda non-stress test işlemi esnasında bebek cinsiyetine göre hazırlanmış abdominal örtü ve non-stress test kemeri kullanımının gebelerdeki durumluk kaygı düzeylerinin düşmesinde etkili olduğu belirlendi. Buna göre kadınların durumluk kaygılarını azaltmak amacıyla non-stress test odalarında tek kullanımlık renkli örtü ve kemer kullanımının yaygınlaştırılması önerilebilir.

Bu araştırma, doğum sonu depresyonun kişilik özellikleri ile ilişkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı tipte olan araştırmanın örneklemini, Haziran-Eylül 2018 tarihleri arasında Malatya'da bir kamu hastanesinin kadın doğum polikliniklerine başvuran, doğum sonu 0-3 ay arasında olan 381 kadın oluşturdu. Veriler yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Edinburgh Postpartum Depresyon Skalası (EPDS) ve On-Maddeli Kişilik Ölçeği (OMKÖ) ile toplandı. Araştırmada kadınların EPDS toplam puan ortalaması 5,66±4,72 olup, kadınların %14,2'sinde (n=54) depresif semptom varlığı olduğu belirlendi. Ayrıca, doğum sonu depresyon ile OMKÖ alt boyutları olan dışa dönüklük, sorumluluk, duygusal dengelilik ve yumuşak başlılık arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulundu (sırasıyla r=-0,142, r=-0,242, r=-0,251, r=-0,223; p<0,05). Çoklu doğrusal regresyon modeli sorumluluk, duygusal dengelilik ve yumuşak başlılık gibi kişilik özelliklerinin doğum sonu depresyonun önemli belirleyicileri olduğunu göstermiştir (sırasıyla β=-0,286, β=-0,316, β=-0,267; p<0,05). Elde edilen bulgulara göre; sorumluluk özelliği düşük, duygusal dengesiz ve yumuşak başlı olmayan kişilik özelliklerine sahip kadınların doğum sonu depresyon açısından riskli gruplar olduğu söylenebilir.

Several postpartum outcomes of traumatic birth perception have been identified. However, the postpartum results could not be clarified. The study aims were to describe and compare the pregnancy avoidance and mental health outcomes in the women with and without traumatic childbirth perception and to infer which factors may influence the traumatic childbirth perception. Material and Methods: This cross-sectional and comparative study was conducted with 1109 women who were in the 6-12 months of the postnatal period. The Scale of Traumatic Childbirth Perception (STCP), the Desire to Avoid Pregnancy (DAP) Scale, and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 were used in the collection of research data. In the study, the women with a moderate or higher level of traumatic childbirth perception (53 points or above) were categorized as 'childbirth perception traumatic'. Results: In the study, 74.8% of the women obtained 53 points or above from the STCP. It was found that, of the women with traumatic childbirth perception, 46.4% exhibited depressive symptoms, 54.5% experienced anxiety, 41.1% had stress, and the mean of their DAP scores was 2.13±0.96. Women with traumatic birth perception were higher in avoiding depression, anxiety, stress and pregnancy (p<0.05). The logistic regression analysis showed that that the variables of being below the age of 30 years (OR=0.543), primiparity (OR=0.459), having depressive symptoms (OR=2.627), having anxiety (OR=1.752), and pregnancy avoidance (OR=1.701) were significant risk factors for traumatic childbirth perception. Conclusion: It has been found that the perception of traumatic birth can lead to psychological problems and pregnancy avoidance in women.

The study was carried out to compare the perceptions of women who were exposed to violence about being a parent and their desire to avoid pregnancy. This cross-sectional study was conducted between 10 October-10 December 2022 with 657 participants using a web-based online questionnaire. Those exposed to verbal violence scored higher than those exposed to physical violence in the study (p0.05). As a result of the research, it is recommended to increase the education level of women, to provide accurate and timely diagnosis and to intervene in violence in the early period, to prevent negative situations that may pose a threat to women's health.
