Kemungkinan besar siswa ini akan kurang motivasi untuk berolahraga atau tetap bugar karena pengalaman negatif mereka dalam pendidikan jasmani atau atletik. Hal lainnya yang sering terjadi ialah adanya keterbatasan guru penjasorkes di lingkup sekolah dasar, dimana karena keterbatasan guru penjasorkes. Target yang ingin dicapai tentunya adalah untuk meningkatkan SDM dari guru pendidikan jasmani. Manambah wawasan guru pendidikan jasmani dan guru mata pelajaran lain yang mengajar mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Dasar ligkup Kota Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur tentang Penggunaan Sarana hurdle drills dan leader drills dalam melatih pergerakan dan kesiapan kondisi fisik peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani tanpa rasa takut dan trauma. Metode yang digunakan ada 3 tahapan penigkatan pengetahuan, peningkatan kecakapan, dan pendukungan serat pendampingan. Adapun implementasinya perlu dilakukan secara terencana, bertahap, dan berkelanjutan, yang pada gilirannya siswa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sikap positif bagi diri sendiri dan menghargai manfaat aktivitas jasmani bagi peningkatan kualitas hidup. Pemberian alat-alat berupa Hurdle drills, Ladder Drills untuk pelaksaannya didalam pendidikan jasmani.
ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengearuh media audio visual terhadap perkembangan afektif kognitif dan psikomotor siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler futsal di SMPN 11 Kota Kupang sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa laki-laki. Instrument yang dipakai menggunakan tes game performance assesment instrument (GPAI) dan instrumen yang mengadopsi dari Permana (2014, hlm. 37). Data diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terdapat peningkatan pada afektif dari kelompok kontrol 48,64% ke eksperimen 49,58%, dengan perbandingan 27,77%. 2) Terdapat peningkatan pada kognitif dari kelompok kontrol 22,07% ke eksperimen 33,47% dengan perbandingan 59,18%. 3) Terdapat peningkatan pada perkembangan psikomotor dari kelompok kontrol 17,08% ke eksperimen 19,79% dengan perbandingan 31,03%. Maka hal ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan signifikan dari hasil pembelajaran melalui media audio visual terhadap perkembangan afektif, kognitif dan psikomotor dalam pembelajaran futsal.Kata Kunci: Audio Visual, Afektif, Kognitif, Psikomotor, Pembelajaran Futsal.
In learning the meaning of motion and its application will be different, of course the consequence is injury. This problem is a description of the problems that occur in the Physical Education Study Program. This can affect the level of student satisfaction in using e-learning at Nusa Cendana University at the study program level. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the type of survey research with a research time of 4 months. Students of the physical education health and recreation study program consisting of semester 2 to semester 8, where the delegates for each class are 20 people with a total of 80 people. With data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of online lectures during the covid-19 pandemic is the best solution. the calculation of the average value is known that the aspects of comfort, aspects of relationships and competence are in the satisfied category. On the other hand, there is one aspect that is found to be slightly different from other aspects, namely the cost aspect, this aspect is in the less satisfied category. Overall it can be concluded that the Satisfaction Level of Students of the Physical Education Study Program FKIP Nusa Cendana University in Using E-Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic is in the satisfied category.
At this time the phenomenon that is happening right now is in a new lifestyle, which as we understand it about healthy living, keeping a distance and so on can be called the new normal, because the main reason is the corona virus. The problem is based on what it can be seen that the lifestyle of many students is not healthy for that a survey related to the lifestyle of students is carried out. This research is a descriptive research using survey method. The population in this study were Physical Education and Health Students at Nusa Cendana University. The sample in this study used simple random sampling, the research sample was 80 students from the Physical Education and Health Center of Nusa Cendana University. By giving a questionnaire to students who are the subjects in the research. This research instrument uses a questionnaire in the form of a written statement given through a google form to the respondent. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the healthy lifestyle of FKIP Undana Penjaskesrek students during the COVID-19 pandemic was in the "never" category by 15% (6 students), "rarely" by 35% (14 students), " often” by 38% (15 students), “often” by 13% (5 students). Based on the average score, which is 139.58, the healthy lifestyle of FKIP Undana Penjaskesrek students is in the "Frequent" category. In the sense that the FKIP Undana Penjaskesrek students during the covid 19 period often apply a healthy lifestyle.
