seven (D7) was measured. Antral follicle count and follicular development was continuously monitored by TVS from day 7 until at least R 3 lead follicles reached 18 mm diameter size on attainment of which injection hCG (5000IU) was administered. Serum Estradiol levels were measured on day of hCG administration. Oocyte retrieval was done 34 -36 hours of injection hCG. PCOS women were classified on the basis of dhCG serum E2 level. group A: no OHSS: E2 8000pg/ ml) was observed in this study. Embryo transfer (ET) was done in all women except 12 patients of group C.RESULTS: There was parity in all women w.r.t. age, infertility period, body mass index, and waist: hip ratio. No significant difference was found in baseline serum AMH (p¼0.09), and AFC on day1 of stimulation (p¼ 0.11) respectively. However, compared to group A, D7 AMH level was significantly higher in group B (p ¼ 0.0024) and group C (p¼0.0021). There was also a highly significant difference in D7 AMH levels between group B and group C (p¼0.0002). Interestingly, the 12 patients in this study where no ET was done had significantly elevated D7 AMH level compared to the other 30 women of the same group i.e. group C (p<0.0001).CONCLUSIONS: Estimation of serum AMH level on D7 of ovarian stimulation potentially identifies patients predisposed to different degrees (mild/moderate) of OHSS. This may aid in adjusting the appropriate dose of gonadotropin from D7 stimulation thus circumventing the risk to a great extent.
Abstract. Static analysis tools cannot detect violations of applicationspecific rules. They can be extended with specialized checkers that implement the verification of these rules. However, such rules are usually not documented explicitly. Moreover, the implementation of specialized checkers is a manual process that requires expertise. In this work, application-specific programming rules are automatically extracted from execution traces collected at runtime. These traces are analyzed offline to identify programming rules. Then, specialized checkers for these rules are introduced as extensions to a static analysis tool so that their violations can be checked throughout the source code. We implemented our approach for Java programs, considering 3 types of faults. We performed an evaluation with an industrial case study from the telecommunications domain. We were able to detect real faults with checkers that were generated based on the analysis of execution logs.
