Introdução: Apresenta um relato da condução de um estudo onde se aplicou a metodologia Design Thinking no contexto do projeto de uma solução de software ao contexto de mobilidade urbana. Método: Dentre as técnicas sugeridas pela metodologia Design Thinking, este trabalho utilizou entrevistas, surveys, brainstorming e prototipação. O foco do estudo foram os transportes públicos e os processos intrínsecos a esse contexto. Resultados: Tem-se um projeto de solução aderente aos problemas identificados nas pesquisas de campo, e também uma avaliação conduzida com os usuários alvo sobre o projeto de solução proposto. Conclusão: A aplicação de Design Thinking pode ser eficiente no desenvolvimento de software, pois se tem nessa metodologia um direcionamento na elaboração de projetos centrada na construção de produtos voltados para atender as necessidades de seus usuários, ou seja, projeta-se a solução com base no quão usual o produto será para o usuário final.
A integração de gerenciamento de estoque, roteamento de veículos e decisões de agendamento é conhecida como IRP (Inventory Routing Problem). Neste problema, o objetivo principal é determinar: (i) a quantidade de produtos a serem entregues com base na demanda do cliente; (ii) os prazos de entrega e (iii) a rota dos veículos. Os IRPs que incluem restrições de serviço de janela de tempo são encontrados em cenários reais e o atendimento a esse tipo de restrição traz benefícios para o fornecedor e para o cliente. Esta revisão sistemática da literatura tem como objetivo identificar tendências na área que estuda problemas de roteamento de inventário com janelas de tempo. Identificamos e analisamos as abordagens propostas, as características dos problemas resolvidos e o tipo de experimentos realizados em 9 estudos primários.
Reutilização de processos de software é uma abordagem importante para diminuição dos custos e do tempo de desenvolvimento, além de aumentar a qualidade e a adequação dos processos gerados. Este artigo apresenta o apoio fornecido pelo ambiente WebAPSEE em relação ao ciclo de vida para reutilização de processos de software, que compreende as etapas de: 1) modelagem de processos visando a reutilização; 2) recuperação, adaptação e instanciação de processos; 3) execução de processos; e 4) generalização e avaliação de processos encerrados.
Este artigo relata a experiência de definição e implantação de um processo de testes na PRODEPA. Nesse relato são apresentados os principais resultados dessa experiência: o processo de testes da PRODEPA (em termos de atividades, artefatos, papéis, ferramentas, entre outros componentes que viabilizam sua execução), lições aprendidas e uma análise quantitativa inicial. Atualmente, dois projetos estão executando o processo de testes e os resultados preliminares apontam para um significativo ganho na qualidade do produto final.
Controle de Versões, Controle de Modificações, Apoio à Workspace, Gerenciamento da Construção, Auditoria e Contabilidade são conceitos importantes para a Gerência de Configuração de Software (GCS). Este artigo descreve uma infra-estrutura que implementa tais conceitos de forma integrada a um Ambiente de Desenvolvimento de Software Centrado em Processo (ADS). A principal contribuição desta proposta é integrar processos e técnicas de GCS à execução do processo de software, facilitando sua implantação em organizações de desenvolvimento de software.
