Teaching in new civilization is more complicated than many years ago. On the one side teacher should prepare students’ skill to face their future, however teacher should also build students’ characters. The teacher’s task to develop those purposes is more complicated. One of the most current issues to deal with such phenomena is to ferret out the teaching strategy that is able to enhance the teachers’ ability as well as to reinforce their role in teaching by maximizing the use of heart, brain and sense. In response to such issues, this paper takes into account teaching by heart as a strategy and elaborates the theoretical review of teaching by heart for better understanding. Areas of potential future research regarding the impact of the development of inner value into pedagogical field also are highlighted.التعليم في الحضارة الجديدة أكثر تعقيدًا من سنوات عديدة مضت. في جانب واحد، يجب على المعلم إعداد مهارة الطلاب لمواجهة مستقبلهم، ولكن يجب على المعلم أيضًا بناء شخصيات الطلاب. مهمة المعلم لتطوير هذه الأغراض أكثر تعقيدًا. واحدة من أكثر القضايا الحالية للتعامل مع مثل هذه الظواهر هي الكشف عن استراتيجية التدريس القادرة على تعزيز قدرة المعلمين وكذلك لتعزيز دورهم في التدريس من خلال تعظيم استخدام القلب والدماغ والحس. استجابة لهذه القضايا، تأخذ هذه الورقة بعين الاعتبار التدريس عن ظهر قلب كاستراتيجية وتشرح المراجعة النظرية للتعليم بالقلب من أجل فهم أفضل. كما تم تسليط الضوء على مجالات الأبحاث المستقبلية المحتملة المتعلقة بتأثير تطور القيمة الداخلية في المجال التربوي.
Garbage is an important issue in everyday life, especially in boarding schools occupied by approximately 2500 students. The amount of waste that many every day cause many problems. In this community service is accompanied by recycling training of plastic waste to reduce the impact on earth. Assistance is carried out for 22 days with the activity is the provision of materials about waste, providing training reuse of plastic waste. Practice making various handicrafts from plastic waste. Evaluate the consolidation of results. From the evaluation results obtained the conclusion that this assistance received a positive response with all activities followed until the end. Participants produce works that can be reused such as bags, wallets and shopping bags. For the results that have been achieved in bag making obtained an average of 80 which means in terms of material variation, design and harmony of products with the category of being. Itmeans that there is still a need for future facilitation to be able to make better crafts
This paper described the challenges and changes in developing vocational madrasa, foster father program and the role of Nahdatul Ulama, By using descriptive qualitative research, it provided the portray of the development of vocational madrasa, the early born of Madrasah Kejuruan Maslahiyah Badas Kediri. The findings showed that students in choosing a school took interests 85%, majors 80%, and the last is experience 25%. The variable of motivation, the most dominant factor influence is conducive learning environment was 86 %, desire was 85 %, and activities in learning was 80 %. The interview of the respondents stated that they were under Nahdatul Ulama organisation but it did not give so much help in developing it. They built by themself or swadaya and they stated that NU should be a bridge in buliding network with the corporations
Developing authentic material for students is a vital point. Teachers need to design material which meets the students' potential needs. The purpose of this study is to design and to develop authentic listening materials for second-semester students of IAIN Kediri based on constructive theory of Jean Piaget and Vygotsky. The method used is the Research and Development. The result is a product of listening materials under those programs. This product was tried to the 35 students as samples, as well as the revision of the product. The results obtained the validity of teaching materials that cover the content, construct, and technical validity worth 3.80 at the stage of the testing expert with valid criteria. Data regarding the practicality has a value of 4.33 with the criteria "very practical". While the results of research on the effectiveness of teaching materials shown positive response obtained from teachers and students as users of the product. After revision, the value of the effectiveness of teaching materials in the test phase to Master 4.25 and 4.39 with the criteria to students "very effective". The average effectiveness of teaching materials was 4.32 with "very effective" criteria. Teachers and students concluded that the program is effective.
This research entitled “Examining Students’ Awareness and Behavior in Dealing with Virtual Learning Environment.”it intended in investigating the students’ awareness and behavior in dealing with virtual learning environment. This research generally answered two questions; what is the students’ awareness in dealing with virtual learning environment and what is the students’ behavior in dealing with the virtual learning environment? This is a survey research. The data was collected through a set of questionnaires spread through Google form using the link through WhatsApp group. There were 186 students participated as the respondents. The data of the responses was presented in bar and pie diagrams and was explained descriptively in order to reveal the students' awareness and behavior comprehensively. The result said that related to the language and instruction of the lecturer in online learning, it seems that most of the students not really understand. More than half (58%) of the respondents neither agree nor disagree. Yet, 62% of the respondents agree that sharing applications (Google Classroom/WhatsApp Group), Virtual online learning (Zoom/Skype/Google meet), and Streaming audio (pre- recorder lecture) are useful tools for learning the online classes. Then about the online platform which are used in virtual learning, 49.5% agreed that Google Classroom or WhatsApp Group are more chosen than Zoom/Skype/Google meet. For all categories, the highest response is about internet connection. Most of the students agreed that internet connection is a problem. It reached 63.8%. About accessing the material, the highest response said that they had time to acces the material and they knew how to access it. While about the students’ behavior, many students agreed that virtual/online learning can improve their confident and self-discipline. But here, the percentage is not more than fifty. It is only 42.7% and 42.2%. Then, about online learning is more enjoyable, 45.9% of them neither agrees nor disagrees, and then followed by disagreement in 27%. The statement about easiness in interactions with classmates and lecturers, the highest percentage is disagree, it reached 38.9% and followed by neither agree nor disagree. It means having interaction with lecturers and friends in the online way is not as easy as in offline meeting.
