The business of managing Kerupuk Kemplang as one of Palembang’sspecial foods is mostly managed by household. One of businesss is “Ibu Mai”. Although tihis business has been going on for a long time, its sustainability has several obstacles. The study was conducted to find out some aspects that cause its sustainability. The study uses primary data collected through observation and interviews. The analysis technique is done qualitatively with the induction analysis approach. The results were obtained 1) Production aspects, there were constraints on the avaibility of unstable fish and equipment that does not support 2) Financial aspects, adequate financial administration has not been used so it is difficult to know the flow of expenditure and income as a basis for determining profits 3) Market aspects, not all the market can be served so that the potential for development is still large 4) the aspect of human resources, because the production process is simple the labor force is considered to be sufficient.
Utilization of an induction motor as a driving force for an oil drying machine because of its strong construction and easy maintenance. The dryer is designed to use a tube made of aluminum with an iron frame equipped with a dimmer as a voltage regulator and a timer for setting the drying time. The engine performance test was carried out with a voltage variation of 80-100 Volts with a time of 30-240 seconds with a constant load weight. Based on the research, the performance of the dryer was obtained, at a voltage of 90-100 Volts, the engine speed was stable at 2500 rpm in a drying time of 90-120 seconds. The decrease in load in the drying process can increase the rotation of the motor, otherwise the motor torque will be smaller with the increase in motor rotation and the length of the drying process.
Sistem pentanahan pada suatu perangkat instalasi yang berfungsi untuk melepaskan arus petir ke dalam bumi atau arus gangguan. Semakin kecil nilai resistansi atau tahanan pentanahan akan semakin baik terutama untuk pengamanan personil dan peralatan-peralatan listrik. Perlakuan terhadap elektroda pentanahan jenis rod yang terbuat dari tembaga dan baja diharapkan sarana efektif untuk menurunkan nilai resistansi tanah. Pencampuran kalsium oksida (CaO) seberat 10 kg pada tanah kerikil basah mengakibatkan kenaikan nilai resistansi tanah 547-745 ?, dan nilai tahanan jenis tanah 749,06-1020,19 ?.m mendekati nilai dengan jenis tanah berkerikil kering, sebaliknya penambahan zat aditif gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O) yang dapat menyerap air berhasil menurunkan nilai resistansi pentanahan menjadi 54,72-63.70 ? dan merubah tahanan jenis tanah dari tanah kerikil basah menjadi jenis tanah ladang.
This paper discusses improving the accuracy of electrical load forecasting by imputation on empty load data. It is important to estimate the demand for electricity loads for the power plant operating system, fuel supply and maintenance of the power system. The forecast of the electrical load is carried out on the basis of the historical data of electrical load which is generally represented in the load curve. The load curves in research at the Singkarak substation Borang show that there are several load patterns, some missing data and data that is suddenly increasing. The percentage of blank data in 2015 was 1.8379%, while the highest in September at was 0.5137% or 45 hours. To fill in the missing data, three imputation techniques were used, i.e., filling in the data from the previous day's data at the same time ; perform regression analysis on the month the data was missing; and using the mean values from monthly data. The results of forecast using the moving average method provide a forecast of the electrical load on January 1, 2016 wll be 138 kW. The Mean Absolute Error (MAE) for the best load forecast is 9.59, using a data set equipped with the imputation of the mean.
