Aborda o conceito e prática da parceria no processo de formação de professores no contexto brasileiro. Analisa publicações atuais sobre a problemática em questão, ao mesmo tempo em que busca introduzir discussões referentes a uma experiência concreta de parceria na qualificação de profissionais do ensino básico, em âmbito nacional. São apontadas possíveis lições para a socialização profissional docente, com riscos e perspectivas na construção da identidade e autonomia dos professores. Considerando que o tema se constitui como campo teórico-prático emergente, ressalta a relevância da construção desse objeto de estudo, para cobrir uma lacuna na produção de conhecimento educacional, a partir de diversas experiências interinstitucionais na formação de professores.
RESUMO: Este artigo discute questões sobre diversidade linguístico-cultural e educação do campo junto ao Povo Tradicional Pomerano, conforme o Decreto nº 6.040 de 2007. Questiona a educação homogeneizadora promovida para o campo, que, segundo Paulo Freire e Alfredo Bosi, despreza culturas e línguas do povo. Analisa dados produzidos em grupos de pesquisa, com discussões acumuladas, registros nos diários de campo e arquivos de fotos. Executa uma revisão crítica da produção teórico-científica sobre o tema com leitura interpretativa. Avalia dificuldades históricas experimentadas por esse povo tradicional no Estado do Espírito Santo no processo de escolarização. Inscreve-se no debate sobre ações afirmativas que promovem, atualmente, avanços nos aspectos legais e conceituais para a formação dos sujeitos em contextos rurais. As análises permitem identificar aumento de pesquisa acadêmica e maior interesse em encontrar propostas alternativas para superar problemas históricos, como a invisibilidade do conhecimento, da língua e da cultura do Povo Tradicional Pomerano. O artigo objetiva discutir Educação do Campo como prática de Pedagogia Social. As análises focam a problemática das lutas por terra e educação dos trabalhadores rurais, especialmente as Comunidades e Povos Tradicionais (Decreto 6.040/2010). Como a Educação do Campo trabalha as culturas e saberes dos trabalhadores rurais? Educação do Campo não é um conceito monovalente nem se restringe a processos de escolarização; pode ser definida como prática de interculturalidade (Fornet-Betancourt, 2001). Parte-se de abordagens investigativas sócio-históricas (Fichtner et al., 2013), para avaliação de documentos oficiais, reafirmando a educação enquanto direito dos cidadãos e dever do Estado. Práticas colaborativas interinstitucionais (Foerste, 2005) entre movimentos sociais, secretarias de educação, universidade etc. consideram povos, territórios, culturas e saberes tradicionais como dimensões articuladoras da construção coletiva de projetos pedagógicos da Educação do Campo como prática de Pedagogia Social.
RESUMO O artigo discute a diversidade linguística nas práticas docentes em comunidades pomeranas em que crianças e professores(as) bilíngues protagonizam o Programa de Educação Escolar Pomerana, criado em 2005 em alguns municípios capixabas. Revisam-se estudos que indicam como escolas desse contexto promovem direitos linguísticos. Adicionalmente, procedeu-se à entrevista e leitura dialogada do projeto político com uma professora pomerana e equipe gestora de uma escola rural de Santa Maria de Jetibá, Espírito Santo, a qual recebe crianças bilíngues. Observações no contexto escolar foram realizadas, com registros em diário de campo. As práticas da professora valorizam culturas e saberes, elevando sua própria autoestima, a das crianças e dos descendentes de pomeranos.
