ÖzBu çalışmanın amacı öğrencilerin değerler eğitimi konusundaki eksiklerini ortaya koyarak dijital öykü anlatımının değerler eğitimi için kullanımını incelemektir. Çalışma eylem araştırması ile desenlenmiştir. Hazırlanan eylem planına göre uygulamalar yapılmıştır. Hoşgörü, dürüstlük ve sorumluluk değerleri çalışmada ele alınmış, öğrencilerin değerlerle ilgili dijital öyküler hazırlamaları sağlanmıştır. Çalışma örneklemi Sivas ilinde bir ortaokulda öğrenim gören 6. Sınıfa devam eden 14 öğrencidir. Çalışmada gözlem, görüşme, araştırmacı notları ve ölçek ile veriler toplanmıştır. Uygulama öncesi, uygulama süreci ve uygulama sonrası toplanan nitel veriler için içerik analizi uygulanmıştır. Bulgulara göre öğrencilerin dijital öyküler hazırlamaları, değerleri öğrenmelerinde ve davranışları üzerinde olumlu etkileri olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Değerler eğitimi, dijital öykü anlatımı, eylem araştırması AbstractThe aim of the study is to determine the students' deficiencies in the values education and to determine whether digital storytelling is effective for values education. The study was designed with action research. An action plan was prepared for this study and applications were made according to this prepared action plan. Tolerance, honesty and responsibility values were investigated in the study. It is provided that students prepare digital stories about values. The sample of the study is 14 students attending 6th grade in a secondary school in Sivas. Data were collected by observation, interview, researcher notes, and a questionnaire. Content analysis was performed for the qualitative data collected before, during and after the application. According to the findings, it was revealed that the students had a positive effect on the values and behaviors due to the preparation of digital stories.Introduction: Students learn the basic values that affect the personality development besides the lessons in school. It is important for the students to learn the values for their social and cultural development or to discover the values that exist in themselves. While the values included in the aims of the education system are taught in schools, many methods are used. When the studies are examined, it has been tried to teach the values through children's games, drama, teaching programs, gamification and reading stories. Students acquire many skills because they are active in the process through digital storytelling. While the rapid development of technology, it is seen that people have incorporated these new technologies in their lives at the same speed. In addition to the use of technology in the fields of science, industry and trade, its use in education is increasing day by day and gaining importance. The use of technology in education is interesting for students who are growing up with new technologies and new methods of education are developed by developing traditional methods.
