Bu araştırmanın amacı, yat limanı müşterilerinin kulaktan kulağa iletişime bağlı satın alma kararları üzerinde referans gruplarının bir etkisinin bulunup bulunmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmanın amaçlarını gerçekleştirmek üzere nitel ve nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin birleşmesinden meydana gelen karma araştırma yaklaşımından yararlanılmıştır. İlk aşamada sekiz yat limanı müşterisi ile derinlemesine görüşme yapılarak elde edilen bilgiler ve literatürde yapılan çalışmalar da incelenerek anket formu oluşturulmuştur. Hazırlanan anket formu Antalya ve Muğla'da faaliyet gösteren iki yat limanı işletmesinin müşterilerine uygulanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde Kendall's Tau b ve t-testlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmada yat limanı müşterilerinin kulaktan kulağa iletişime bağlı satın alma kararları üzerinde diğer müşterilerin söylediklerinin anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir.
ÖzÜlkemizde üniversiteyi kazanan öğrenciler çoğunlukla ailelerinin yanında kalmaktadırlar. Ancak gidip gelme olanağının bulunmadığı ya da güç olduğu uzaklıktaki bir üniversiteyi kazandığında kendisinin ve ailesinin çözmek zorunda olduğu konulardan biri de barınmadır. Barınma yeri alternatifleri devlet yurdu, özel yurt ya da kiralık bir ev olabilmektedir. O yaşına kadar ailesinin yanında yaşayan genç, farklı bir ortamın içerisinde kendini bulmaktadır. Bu yaşam gence sosyalleşme, sorumluluk ve paylaşma bilinci, topluluk içerisinde hayatını yönetebilme, iyiyi-kötüyü ayırt edebilme gibi özellikler de kazandırabilmektedir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, barınma yerinin kişisel sosyal gelişim üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemektir. Araştırma Kocaeli Üniversitesi Karamürsel Meslek Yüksekokulu'nda öğrenim gören yurtta/evde kalan öğrencilere uygulanmıştır. Araştırma için, her biri 8'er katılımcı ve bir yardımcıdan oluşan beş odak grup görüşmesi yapılmıştır. Soru ve yanıta dayalı olarak yapılan çalışmada genelden özele 3 adet soru yöneltilmiştir. Grup üyeleri yurt ve evde kalan öğrenciler ile kendi ailesinin yanında kalan öğrencilerden oluşturulmuştur. Maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi yapılmıştır. Sonuçlara göre, yurtta/evde kalmanın öğrencilere kazandırdığı en önemli katkıların başlıca bilgi paylaşımı, olgunlaşma, insanları tanımayı öğrenme, iyiyi ve kötüyü ayırt edebilme, güvenmeyi öğrenme, daha ölçülü harcama yapabilme, geniş arkadaş çevresine sahip olma, paylaşmayı öğrenme, kararlarını özgürce alabilme olduğu görülmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra katılımcılar gerek devlet yurdunda gerekse ev ortamında ders çalışma için her türlü ortamın mevcut olduğunu, grup halinde çalışmanın başarılarını arttırdığını ifade etmişlerdir. However, when a student gets into a university which is far away or when it is difficult to go and return, one of the problems which their family has to solve is housing. Housing place alternatives might be government owned hostel, private hostel or houses for rent. The young student who has lived with their family until that age may find themselves in a different environment. This life might make the young people gain socialization, sense of responsibility and sharing, being able to manage their lives in the community -and it might also make them gain qualifications like being able to make discrimination between good and bad. The basic objective of this research is to identify the effects of housing place on individual and social development. The research has been applied to the students of Kocaeli University, Karamürsel Vocational High School . Since the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, it has had a noticeable negative impact on many sectors and markets, especially the health sector. Although the large scale consequences have not yet been fully determined, the pandemic; started to change business life, personal priorities and habits. Curfews and encouragement of people not to leave their homes disrupted yachting activities. For this reason, one of the business lines most affected by the pandemic in the world has undoubtedly been the marine tourism sector. In countries with many sub-areas for marine tourism, such as Turkey, also in the yachting business sector has experienced a significant decline compared to last years. In this study; the level of exposure of yacht businesses which daily tour organizer and operating in X Marina where in Antalya the one of the most important and sought-after holiday destinations of Turkey, from the COVID-19 pandemic process has been tried to be revealed. In the study, quantitative research method was used and face to face survey technique was used. The most important limitation of this research is that it has been conducted only on yacht enterprises and daily boat tour operating in a single marina. Research results were analyzed with SPSS package program. In the analysis made, it is understood that especially the entrepreneur boat operators are concerned about the future and they are in a pessimistic picture. They stated that if COVID-19 continues, they can quit entrepreneurship and sell their boats and switch to another line of business.
