Objetivo: Describir la evolución de pacientes quemados con tratamiento quirúrgico de piel de cerdo liofilizada en el Hospital Nacional Luís Nicasio Saenz del Perú año 2014 al 2016. Metodología: Estudio descriptivo, tipo Serie de Casos. La recolección de datos fue de las historias clínicas, se incluyeron los casos de pacientes con quemadura cuyo tratamiento fue cirugía con piel de cerdo liofilizada que tenían datos clínicos completos sobre el tiempo operatorio y de hospitalización, así como la evolución de cada uno de ellos. Se incluyó a todos los pacientes durante los años 2014 al 2016 que llegaron a 60 casos. Resultados: El 75% de las quemaduras fueron causadas por líquidos calientes, la media de la Superficie Corporal Quemada (SCQ) fue de 8.83%, se hospitalizó el 63.3% de pacientes, el 96.7% de lesiones no se infectaron, la duración en días promedio de hospitalización fue de ocho, 2.5 operaciones por paciente. Con recuperación total estética de 41.7% y funcional de 91.7%. Con sensación de bienestar luego del tratamiento 98%. Conclusión: Este tipo de tratamiento fue de beneficio para los pacientes del estudio.
