Leprosy is the ill that caused by mycobacterium leprae bacteria, which caused complex problem for leprosy sufferer. It gives bad effect in some aspects such as physic, social, economy, and psychology.  Psychologically, the leprosy sufferer gets the problem because of too much stigma to leprosy by society. Consequently, the leprosy sufferer stands aloof from the others, he feels shy, and gets depression. One of non-pharmacology treatment that can decrease the level of depression is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, which is an approach with someone to recognize and to change the bad mindset or maladaptive. This present research is to reveal the influence of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to decrease the level of depression for leprosy sufferer. The design of this present research is Pre-experiment with One Group Pre-Post Test Desaint approach. The 25 samples are taken by Consecutive Sampling. The data collection is collected by Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) questionnaire. Statistic test is used by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, which showed p (0,001) < α(0,05), with the result that H0 is rejected, it means there is an influence of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to decrease the level of depression for leprosy sufferer. Most of the leprosy sufferer in a hospitalization leprosy service get lower depression. The sufferers often need psychology intervention to treat on depression. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is psychology therapy that quiet simple because the key of CBT identifies the mindset, feel, and behavior, which mold reaction. Furthermore, the sufferers decide by their own ability whether the idea is rational and benefit for them

The prevalence of HIV cases increases significantly in the vulnerable population; it is Transvestite. The high prevalence of HIV in transgenders requires treatment and treatment services. However, until now the transgender community is a group that is often not served in various health facilities. Transvestite identity intersections produce unique life experiences, such as multiple identities and spiritual identities. The purpose of the study was to explore the experience of transgender HIV patients when hospitalized in fulfilling spiritual needs. Research method with qualitative design phenomenology study approach. This study involved 12 transvestite participants who had been hospitalized because of HIV positive. Retrieving data using in-depth interviews, data analysis using Colaizzi. The results of the study found four themes namely (1) Spiritual according to HIV patients transvestites means believing in the existence of God; (2) Be grateful for the conditions they have; (3) get closer to God by doing good things; (4) Poor nurse services for transgender HIV patients.

Free drawing on children provides a vast opportunity to explore in order to fulfill curiosity. By drawing the child freely express his ideas through fantasy. Safety and freedom are important conditions for the growth of creativity. The objective of the study was to prove the effect of free drawing on the improvement of creativity in 5th grader children in MI Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah. This research design used one group pre-posttest design. The population of this research were all 5th graders in MI Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah as many as 26 children. The sample of this research was all 5th graders in MI Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah as many as 26 children taken with total sampling. Measurement tool used by the questionnaire to assess creativity. Research was on 15th – 27thJuly 2017. Statistic test used Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results showed that all 26 (100%) of respondents had positive creativity and ρcount 0,014 = and a table = 0,05. It meant that there was a free drawing effect on the increase of creativity in 5th grader children in MI Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah. When a child draws, the child will perform activities of crossing out, scratching, and color freely. Thus, able to create various ideas and will give satisfaction for children. Pain after major or minor surgery will impact the anatomical and physiological changes in patients. Givinganesthetic is not always sufficient to eliminate the sensation of pain because the pain response of eachpatient is different. Postoperative pain caesarea section must be solved with non-pharmacological methodsof handheld eg relaxation techniques and relaxation benson finger. The purpose of this research was toprove efektikitas between both these relaxation techniques to changes in the level of postoperative painsection caesarea in RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. The researh design is pre experiment with methods of the twogroups without pretest-posttest control group. The population in the researh of 20 respondents with nonprobabilitysampling technique that was concecutive sampling, while the samples are 10 respondents in therelaxation group and 10 respondents handheld finger on relaksai group benson. Analysis of data usingunivariate analysis showed a decrease in pain level respondents in the relaxation group handheld finger 10respondents (100%), while the decrease in the level of pain in the relaxation group benson much as 8respondents (80%). Wilcoxon statistical test results showed ρ = 0.005 <α = 0.05, for relaxation handheldfingers and ρ = 0.016 <α = 0.05 for benson relaxation, so H0 was rejected it means there was the influenceof both good therapy relaxation techniques handheld fingers or relaxation benson but when comparedfingers handheld relaxation techniques more effectively to changes in the level of postoperative paincaesarea section. The results of this reseach recommended relaxation techniques and relaxation bensonfinger handheld can be used as a standalone action undertaken nonpharmacologic nursing nurses to reducethe level of postoperative pain caesarea section.
