Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Time Pressure berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penghentian Prematur atas Prosedur Audit pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Syamsul Bahri TRB, mengetahui apakah Tindakan Supervisi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penghentian Prematur atas Prosedur Audit pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Syamsul Bahri TRB dan mengetahui apakah Time Pressure dan Tindakan Supervisi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penghentian Prematur atas Prosedur Audit pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Syamsul Bahri TRB.Sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari teori dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian Tekanan waktu merupakan suatu keadaan dimana auditor mendapatkan tekanan dari Kantor Akuntan Publik tempatnya bekerja, untuk menyelesaikan audit pada waktu dan anggaran biaya yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Anggaran waktu yang rendah untuk tes audit tertentu dapat mengakibatkan kinerja auditor tidak efektif dan atau adanya premature sign-off pada tes tersebut, disebabkan auditor harus menyelesaikan tugas dalam waktu yang sempit dan tekanan yang besar sehingga auditor cenderung untuk tidak melakukan prosedur yang wajib dilakukan secara lengkap, walaupun auditor mendokumentasikan telah melakukannya dengan lengkap. Kantor Akuntan Publik yang pelaksanaan supervisinya baik akan melakukan prosedur review sehingga kegagalan auditor dalam melaksanakan tugas yang ditetapkan dapat terdeteksi sehingga dapat meminimalisir penghentian prematur atas prosedur audit. Oleh karena itu Kantor Akuntan Publik. auditor akan membuat judgment yang salah semakin tinggi. diharapkan dapat meningkatkan supervisi dengan menambah jumlah auditor senior yang berfungsi sebagai melakukan supervisi laporan keuangan yang diaudit oleh auditor junior.
