A 2020-as COVID-19 járvány kitörése, a kialakuló gazdasági bizonytalanság, a csökkenő bizalom, a digitális megoldások és a home office következtében megváltozott a fogyasztói magatartás, ezen belül az élelmiszervásárlási szokások. Kutatásunk célja, hogy megvizsgáljuk az élelmiszer-vásárlási szokásokat a járvány kitörésének első hullámában, a járvány által okozott vásárlói döntéseket, illetve motivációkat két ország magyar nemzetiségű városi népességének körében. Jelen tanulmányban a járvány kezdetén, a kijárási tilalom idején végeztünk felmérést romániai magyar városi fogyasztók körében, valamint a magyarországi városi lakosság körében. A két hónapos időszak alatt több, mint 2000 kitöltött kérdőívet gyűjtöttünk össze.

The present piece of writing analyses whether the "nuclear bomb" metaphor can be applied to Article 7 TEU. The theoretical framework applied belongs to the field of law and economics of criminal law. It will be presented a possible typology of international organisations which might explain the different measure of influence of different international bodies on the national legal orders. Besides the importance of reputation the study states that solely the mere sanctioning power of an international organ is insufficient in achieving significant results, however, if the sanctioning power goes together with a high probability of the application of the sanctions, the bigger consideration will be provided to the opinions or standards of the respective body. This hypothesis will be presented through the Fundamental Law of Hungary and its fifth amendment.
The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, the emerging economic uncertainty, a declining trust, digital solutions, and the home office have changed consumer behaviour, including food-buying habits. Given that the epidemic in Central and Eastern Europe has developed differently due to territorial differences, we have focused our study on the comparative analysis of two countries. The aim of our research was to examine the food purchase habits during the first wave of the pandemic together with consumer decisions and their motivations emerged due to the epidemic among the Hungarian urban population of two countries. In the present study, we conducted a survey among Hungarian urban consumers in Romania and among the urban population in Hungary at the beginning of the pandemic when lockdown was implemented. Over a two-month period, we collected more than 2,000 completed questionnaires.
