The number of patiens undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Waled General Hospital Cirebon in 2018 amounted to 77 patients. Patients with cronic kidney disease who underwent hemodialysis at Waled General Hospital Cirebon experience Menstrual Changes. The purpose of this study was to determine Relationship Long Time Of Hemodialyisis Therapy With Menstrual Changes Of Cronic Kidney Disease Patient who Undergoing Hemodialysis at Waled General Hospital Cirebon. This research used descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The population of the study was55 female patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy from December 2019 to February 2019. A total of 48 respondens participated as the sample by using Purposive Sampling tecniques. The documentation sheet and questionnaires were attempted as the instrument of study and data were analyzed by using chi square (x2).The study was held in RSUD Waled Hospital Cirebon. On 2nd – 6th July, 2019. The results of the study obtained r value of 0.707 and< α H0 rejected. It showed there was an relationship long time of hemodialyisis therapy with menstrual changes of cronic kidney disease patient who undergoing hemodialysis at Waled General Hospital Cirebon ( p value = 0.027, α = 0.05 r = 0,707). The long time of hemodialysis therapy affects the menstrual cycle changes can occur due to the presence of hyperprolactinemia so that the changes that occur can be secondary amenorrhea.
Preparation for breastfeeding a baby and its smoothness can be done with breast care or breast care, the breast is an organ in women that functions as a producer of breast milk, which is the staple food for newborns. Thus, breast care in the mother must be carried out from the beginning, namely from the time of pregnancy. This case study aims to identify the effectiveness of the application of breast care techniques on the smooth release of breast milk in postpartum mothers at Sumber Kasih Hospital, Cirebon City. This study uses case studies and literature reviews through Google Scholar. An article that reviews the application of breast care techniques to the smooth running of breast milk in post partum mothers. The keywords used to search the literature are breast care, breast care, postpartum mothers, postpartum mothers and the smooth production of breast milk with a span of the last 10 years, namely 2012-2022. The inclusion criteria set were: reporting research results regarding the application of breast care techniques. The exclusion criteria were related to medical therapy. In a total literature search, 13 articles were selected. Based on the 13 articles that were traced, there was an effectiveness in the application of breast care techniques to the smooth discharge of breast milk in postpartum mothers. It can be concluded that the application of breast care techniques to postpartum mothers is effective for smooth milk production so that post partum mothers can produce and provide breast milk to their babies.

This diagnosis becomes a stressor that will greatly affect the patient's physical, psychological, spiritual and social condition. Another problem experienced by breast cancer patients is sleep disorders that can affect sleep quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between psychological status and sleep quality in breast cancer patients. The type or research design used is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 30 respondents, data collection using the standard DASS questionnaire for psychological status and PSQI for sleep quality, previously the patient was given informed consent. Data analysis using Spearman rank. The research was conducted at Waled Hospital, Cirebon. The results showed that there was a relationship between psychological status and sleep quality in breast cancer patients with p value = 0.004 < = 0.05. The correlation coefficient value of 0.509 means that the strength of the correlation is moderate and positive, meaning that the better the psychological status of the respondent, the higher the correlation. good sleep quality too. The conclusion of this study is that psychological status is positively correlated with sleep quality, the better the psychological status, the better the sleep quality of breast cancer patients.One of the health problems that many women experience is breast cancer. Gastritis adalah proses inflamasi pada mukosa dan submukosa lambung dapat terjadi secara akut atau kronis. Ada beberapa faktor gaya hidup yang mempengaruhi terjadinya gastritis pada individu, penyebab tersering adalah pola makan, stres, merokok, usia, obat-obatan, dan alkohol. Tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor gaya hidup yang berhubungan dengan resiko kejadian gastritis berulang. Metode Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan study cross sectional.Jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Hasil uji statistik tentang pola makan dengan kejadian gastritis berulang diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 < α = 0,05. tentang merokok dengan kejadian gastritis berulang nilai p = 0,009 < α = 0,05, penggunaan Obat dengan kejadian gastritis berulang diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 < α = 0,05, tingkat stres dengan kejadian gastritis berulang diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 < α = 0,05, minum alkohol dengan kejadian gastritis berulang diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian analisis faktor gaya hidup yang beresiko gastritis berulang adalah pola makan, merokok, penggunaan obat, tingkat stres dan minum alkohol. Gizi juga acap kali dijadikan sebab kenapa seseorang tidak sehat, sering sakit dan tidak dalam pertumbuhan yang baik (Kurniawan, 2018).Menurut data dari Departemen Kesehatan RI dalam (Tussakinah W, 2018) angka persentase dari kejadian penyakit gastritis di Indonesia adalah 40,8%. Angka kejadian gastritis pada beberapa daerah di Indonesia itu sendiri cukup tinggi dengan prevalensi persentase 274.396 kasus dari 238.452.952 penduduk. Tingginya prevalensi pada gastritis sangat terasa dampaknya baik pada individu ataupun masyarakat, dampak tersebut dapat berupa menurunnya produktivitas kerja serta bertambahnya pengeluaran untuk biaya pengobatan penyakit. Any disease suffered by every human being will be perceived by humans as an affliction to the psychological and social consequences of humans. Psychosocial aspects are very important to be taken into account because a journey of chronic illness makes the patient feel that he has no hope, feelings of fear, anxiety, frustration, no power until feelings of anger arise in him. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Chronic Disease with Psychosocial Problems in patients at Gunung Jati Cirebon Hospital. This research uses descriptive correlational method with Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique that will be used in this study uses purposive sampling technique 61 respondents. Using the Kuesinoer Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS), the statistical analysis technique used was the Chi Square analysis model. The results of the study explained that the most chronic disease suffered by respondents was DM (32.8%), most of the respondents had moderate category psychosocial problems as many as 37, there was a relationship of Chronic Disease with Psychosocial Problems in patients at Gunung Jati Cirebon Hospital with p value = 0,000 (at α = 0,05) or p value <α. the suggestion that researchers can convey is that they can carry out community service activities by conducting cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with chronic diseases to prevent psychosocial disorders and as support for patients with chronic diseases.
