Digital technology-based learning media has not been widely used yet in SMA Negeri 1 Singosari. The economic subject learning process used by the teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Singosari, in textbooks and PowerPoint, does not maximize the facilities and potential available in this digital era, hindering students' capability in learning well. The school rules that do not prohibit students from bringing smartphones to school and the development of media and technology can minimize the obstacle. This research and development aim to develop an android game-based learning media called "Economic Monopoly (Ecopoly)" for 10th grader economic subject of SMA Negeri 1 Singosari in some chapters such as Sentral Bank, Payment Method, and Payment Tool. The study design for this research is the R&D method that refers to the ADDIE model. The developed media later will be validated by the subject expert, media expert, and the users. The final expert validation result show that Economic Monopoly (Ecopoly), referred to as "Very Worthy, " is used as an economic subject learning media for sentral bank, payment method, and payment tool.
The rapid development of technology in the era of society 5.0 must be avoided in some fields, including education. As educators in the era of society 5.0, economics teachers must pay attention to and always review their work as spearheads and facilitators in all educational processes. This study aims to determine the variables that can improve a teacher's performance and understand the main variables that need to be considered in improving the performance of economics teachers as a driving force in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning in the 5.0 society era in Banyuwangi Regency, Indonesia. The research method used was quantitative with the type of explanatory research, instrument testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that work motivation, teaching abilities, and school culture influenced the performance level of economics teachers in Banyuwangi Regency, Indonesia. The variable with the most significant influence on teacher performance as a support for learning in the 5.0 society era is the teacher's teaching ability variable, with a practical contribution percentage of 29.74%.
This study aims to determine themanagement and utilization of Bontang Kuala tourismand its economic impact. This study uses a qualitativeapproach. The informants for this study were the Headof the Bontang City Tourism and Sports Youth Service,the Head of the Tourism Sector, the Head of theDevelopment Section, Tourism Object Development &Creative Economy, Bontang Kuala Village Head,Culinary Business Owners, the community around thetourist attraction, and tourists were determined usingpurposive sampling. Data collection techniques usedare observation, interviews, and documentation. Dataanalysis was carried out through five stages ofactivity, including preparing and organizing data,exploring and coding data, building descriptions,representing and reporting findings, interpretingfindings, and validating the accuracy of conclusions.Well, they start from the provision of facilities andinfrastructure, promotion and marketing strategies, aswell as cooperation with various parties. In addition,Bontang Kuala tourism is also utilized in culturalheritage, nature, and cultural tourism, which has agood impact on the community's economy. This study aims to find the difference management of scholarship funds by bidikmisi students between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic era and formulate suggested policy recommendations regarding the bidikmisi scholarship, also known as KIP-Kuliah funds awarding, management, and supervision. The design of this study is comparative quantitative with empirical research using the social-humanities approach. The literature study and questionnaire are used as data collection techniques in this study. The study population is bidikmisi students in State University of Malang year 2018. The sampling was proceed using a simple random sampling technique. The T-test analysis result showed 0.003<0.05, which means there is a difference bidikmisi scholarship funds management between before and during the pandemic. At first, the bidikmisi funds were allocated for school needs, but now it had been switched to fulfill other than school needs, such as family needs. These analysis results showed there had been a change of outcome lists in managing bidikmisi funds management. During the pandemic, the number of students who did saving has increased. The debt management indicator does not change because students' needs have been fulfilled through the re-allocation of bidikmisi funds. Lastly, it can be concluded that there is a priority change in the utilization of bidikmisi scholarship funds between before and during the pandemic.
