Ibu hamil mengalami kecemasan pada akhir kehamilan khususnya kehamilan pertama (primigravida). Studi pendahuluan pada 10 orang ibu hamil primigravida trimester III menunjukan 9 ibu hamil mengalami kecemasan dan 10 ibu hamil menilai kualitas tidur yang dirasakan cukup buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur ibu hamil primigravida trimester III di RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 30 ibu hamil primigravida trimester III di RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dan Pregnancy Related Anxiety Questionnaire-Revised 2 (PRAQ-R2). Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman menyatakan bahwa tingkat kecemasan signifikan berhubungan dengan kualitas tidur ibu hamil primigravida trimester III (p value=0,013, r=0,449). Tingkat kecemasan mempengaruhi kualitas tidur ibu hamil primigravida trimester III. Semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil primigravida trimester III maka semakin baik kualitas tidurnya. ABSTRAKMasa tumbuh kembang merupakan periode yang penting pada balita. Orang tua memiliki peran yang penting dalam mendeteksi sedini mungkin adanya penyimpangan atau gangguan tumbuh kembang pada balita melalui pelayanan posyandu. Kader posyandu sebagai lini terdepan di masyarakat diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi pada orang tua tentang tumbuh kembang balita. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di wilayah Posyandu Mutiara RW 21 Kelurahan Pancoran Mas, Depok. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Januari 2022 dan 26 Maret 2022. Kelompok sasaran adalah kader posyandu, orang tua/pengasuh, dan balita. Hasil pengukuran antropometri: tidak ada balita dengan status gizi buruk, balita sangat pendek, dan balita sangat kurus; 2 balita (12,5%) dengan gizi kurang, 4 balita (25%) pendek, dan 3 balita (18,75%) kurus; 14 balita (87,5%) dengan gizi baik dan 12 balita (75%) memiliki tinggi badan dan perawakan normal; 1 balita (6,25%) gemuk, dan tidak ada balita dengan gizi lebih dan tubuh tinggi. Hasil penilaian perkembangan balita menunjukkan sebagian besar balita sebanyak 10 balita (62,5%) dengan perkembangan anak sesuai umur; 4 balita (25%) dengan perkembangan anak meragukan, dan 2 orang balita (12,5%) perkembangan anak terjadi penyimpangan. Hasil evaluasi adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Orang tua diharapkan dapat memperhatikan baik pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua tentang stimulasi tumbuh kembang balita melalui pemberdayaan kader posyandu. Kader posyandu diharapkan dapat mendampingi orang tua khususnya ibu balita dalam melakukan penilaian dan stimulasi tumbuh kembang balita.
Pemberian MP-ASI dini dipengaruhi oleh faktor predisposisi, faktor pendukung dan faktor pendorong. Umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan dan sikap merupakan faktor predisposisi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor predisposisi dengan perilaku ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI dini. Penelitian deskriptif korelasi menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 65 ibu yang mempunyai bayi berumur 0-6 bulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan sebagian besar responden berumur 20-35 tahun, tingkat pendidikan dasar, tidak bekerja, memiliki pengetahuan baik, memiliki sikap positif dan responden memberikan MP-ASI dini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara faktor predisposisi pendidikan (p=0,000) dan tingkat pengetahuan (p=0,046) yang mempengaruhi perilaku ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI dini dan tidak ada hubungan antara faktor predisposisi umur (p=0,155), pekerjaan (p=0,480) dan sikap (p=0,569) dengan perilaku ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI dini. Disarankan kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap ASI eksklusif sehingga MP-ASI diberikan sesuai umur bayinya. Kata-kata kunci: faktor predisposisi, perilaku ibu, MP-ASI dini.
Background: Primiparous mothers after SC surgery need support from their families and health workers, especially in adapting to their new roles. The mother will feel worried about her inability and sense of responsibility in caring for her baby. Mothers who cannot adapt well can be at risk of experiencing postpartum blues to postpartum depression. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to describe the experience of psychological adaptation: taking hold of post SC primiparous mothers. Methods: This study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling, namely primiparous mothers after SC surgery as many as 10 mothers. Data collection is based on interview guidelines and observation notes. Results: The results showed that all mothers (100%) had never been taught breast care and oxytocin massage during hospitalization; 7 mothers (70%) had little milk production; 8 mothers (80%) mastered breastfeeding techniques; all mothers (100%) were not ready to take care of their own babies; 5 mothers (50%) feel anxious; 8 mothers (80%) experienced changes in sleep patterns; all mothers (100%) did early mobilization; all mothers (100%) received support from their husbands and families Conclusion: Primiparous mothers have no previous experience so they need support from health workers and families in achieving their new role as mothers. Health workers are expected to provide support in the form of education and counseling, especially to primiparous mothers about the problems experienced by mothers during the postpartum period.
