WOSInternational audienceIn this paper we propose a straight- forward 3D time domain model of a reverberation chamber (RC) based on image theory. This model allows one to describe the earliest moments of an arbi- trary waveform in an RC. Time domain and frequency domain results from this model are analyzed and compared with measurements conducted in a reverberation chamber
A simple method for estimating the mode-stirring efficiency in a reverberation chamber is presented. It is shown that estimating the Rician K-factor is more relevant in looking for optimal Rayleigh stirring conditions than using goodness-of-fit tests. Good agreement is reported between simulations and experiments.
International audienceThe spatial correlation in a reverberation chamber as a function of either the wavelength or the displacement is discussed. It is shown that the results from simulations are consistent with theory when the wavelength is changed. However, when the receiver is moved in the reverberation chamber, the spatial correlation differs from theory
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
