An adapted 12-week dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) skills group was offered to 13 women under the care of the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) Perinatal Mental Health Team experiencing emotional dysregulation. The intervention was associated with reduced postnatal depression and anxiety and improved emotional awareness.
