In order for a community to continue one's existence, it is necessary to instill the basic values to its children. This instillation can be accompanied by a teacher in a school environment, or in a child's out-of-school working environment, even unconsciously while working with a book. Therefore, the values in the textbooks gain importance. In this research, it is aimed to examine the 5th grade mathematics textbook in terms of values in mathematics teaching program. These values are justice, friendship, honesty, self-control, patience, respect, love, responsibility, patriotism and helpfulness. Qualitative research method was adopted in the study and data were collected by document analysis. Descriptive analysis technique was used to analyze the data. According to the results, the most frequently mentioned values are self-control, fairness, helpfulness and responsibility, and the least mentioned are values of friendship, honesty, patriotism, respect and love. The distribution of values according to the units was found to be irregular and descriptive analyzes were given in detail with examples.
Geçmişten bugüne değişen dünya koşulları, karşılaşılan sorunlar bunların çözüm arayışları insanlığı geçmiş deneyimlerden faydalanmaya zaruri kılmıştır. Bu ihtiyaç tarih biliminin doğmasını sağlamıştır. Tarih eğitimi bireyin kültürel mirası tanımasına, geçmişe tanık olmasına bu yolla aidiyet ve kimlik duygusunun güçlenmesine yardımcı olur. Bu kimliğin kazanımında eğitimin ilk basamağı olan ailede bireyin yetişmesinde önemli katkısı olan annenin etkisi önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, tarih boyunca toplumda annelik başta olmak üzere çok önemli sorumluluklar üstlenmiş olan Türk kadınının tarih algısını günümüz boyutuyla incelemektir. Çalışan ve ev hanımı konumundaki Türk kadını, toplumun her kademesinde işlevsel biçimde varlığını hissettirirken, aynı zamanda bir anne olarak önemli bir sorumluluğu da yüklenmiştir, buna bağlı olarak kadınların toplumsal değer ve birikimin gelecek nesillere aktarılmasındaki katkısı büyüktür. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan bu çalışma ile Türk kadınının tarihin gerekliliği husussundaki bilinci ve tarihe gösterdikleri hassasiyet ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma grubunu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi yoluyla Amasya'da yaşayan ev hanımı, çalışan ve 60 yaş üstü kadınlardan 13 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunu oluşturan katılımcılar gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak belirlenmiştir. Katılımcılarla yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda toplanan veriler NVivo nitel veri analizi programı yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda kadınların özellikle anne olarak kendi çocuklarına tarih sevgisini aşılamaya çalıştıkları, tarih bilmenin önemini aile yaşantılarında da ortaya koydukları anlaşılmıştır.

If this programme was implemented to improve early access to promising drugs, the recent increase of ATU drug spending raises the question of its sustainability. OBJECTIVE This study aims to describe the evolution of the inpatient use ATU drug spending from 2012 to 2016. Methods: We included 2012-2016 ATUs data for inpatient use (unit price, volume of prescriptions) extracted from the French DRG based information system (PMSI). For each year the numbers of hospitals prescribing ATUs and medicinal products funded were studied. Therapeutic area repartition was assessed for 2016. Results: From 2012 to 2016 inpatient use ATU drug spending increased more than 10-fold from € 35.4 to € 471.4 million. The number of hospitals prescribing these medicines rose by more than 2-fold (190 to 481). The number of ATU drugs increased by 40% (105 to 148). In 2016, the expenditure was mainly due to hemato and/or oncology drugs (85%) followed by gastroenterology-hepatology drugs (11%). ConClusions: From 2012 to 2016 the expenditure of inpatient use ATU drug drastically increased as well as the numbers of medicinal products covered and prescribing hospitals. In 2016, hemato and/or oncology drugs represented the major portion of the expenditure.
