Pharmacist-managed clinics have consistently demonstrated improvement in patient outcomes. 1 Pharmacistphysician collaboration to optimize patients' medication regimens and attain therapeutic goals improves patient care, with quantitative data to support the areas of diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and anticoagulation. 2-14Quantitative research offers the benefit of objective outcomes to track progress toward therapeutic goals at pharmacist-managed clinics. While quantitative studies are readily available in the literature, there is a paucity of qualitative studies that capture patient perspectives of pharmacy services.
