Resumo: Este artigo pretende analisar o ensino da filosofia como um empreendimento de educação menor. A noção de educação menor é uma apropriação que Sílvio Gallo fez do conceito de literatura menor que aparece no livro sobre Kafka escrito por Deleuze e Guattari. Uma educação menor seria uma forma de resistência contra os principais modelos educacionais representados por leis e instituições do Estado e seu aparato ideológico. O ensino da filosofia como educação menor constitui uma alternativa ao modelo educacional como dispositivo disciplinar e de controle do Estado sobre os indivíduos. Se a educação maior é um machinário que produz indivíduos em série, sem rosto, a função de uma educação menor é obstruir o funcionamento do aparelho, resistir ao seu modo operacional e possibilitar um ambiente de aprendizagem que crie novas possibilidades de aprendizagem e de existência. Através desta abordagem, as aulas de filosofia assumirão a concepção de filosofia de Deleuze e Guattari como criação de conceitos em oposição ao ensino enciclopédico. Os alunos terão acesso à experiência do pensamento filosófico e crítico, e juntamente com seus professores serão capazes de questionar e problematizar a realidade e o estado de coisas dado, dandolhes assim novo significado e criando o novo, resistindo dessa forma aos modelos de dominação das "sociedades de controle".
