O diagnóstico situacional é uma ferramenta para caracterizar condições de saúde e risco de uma população, podendo auxiliar as equipes de Saúde da Família na organização de seus processos de trabalho. O objetivo deste artigo é elaborar o diagnóstico situacional da Estratégia de Saúde da Família Maria Lúcia Gregório, pertencente à cidade de Divinópolis-MG. Trata-se de um estudo transversal de caráter descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa. Foram utilizados dados secundários do Sistema Integrado Saúde, para estudo do perfil sociodemográfico e de saúde da população adscrita à ESF referida. Constatou-se que a área abrangida pela Estratégia de Saúde da Família Maria Lúcia Gregório possui 1721 pessoas cadastradas no SIS, das quais 47% são homens e 53% são mulheres. Além disso, 34% dessa população geral é acometida por algum agravo à saúde, em que se destacam diagnósticos em saúde mental e em hipertensão, respectivamente. Também foi possível observar problemas estruturais que afetam a comunidade e sua vivência. Considera-se que os dados apresentados são relevantes para auxílio na tomada de decisões e gerenciamento da atenção à saúde no âmbito da ESF, além de ser notória e necessária atuação do poder público para corrigir as mazelas apresentadas na comunidade.
Objetivo: Abordar os aspectos que circundam o diagnóstico da adenomiose, sobretudo relacionando os achados histológicos de biópsias obtidas por histeroscopia cirúrgica com dados clínicos sugestivos dessa patologia. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo retrospectivo observacional e transversal, realizado a partir da análise de questionários e de resultados de exames de pacientes submetidas à biópsia histeroscópica, em um hospital da rede privada, do município de Divinópolis-MG. Foram feitas análise de dados, sobretudo entre sintomas clínicos e a confirmação ou não de adenomiose nas amostras anatomopatológicas. Resultados: Foi possível observar que a sintomatologia mais prevalente foi menorragia (76,1%) e cólica menstrual (69,2%), além de que os melhores resultados da associação da biópsia histeroscópica positiva para adenomiose com a sintomatologia foram obtidas da comparação com mais de 3 sintomas apresentados pelas pacientes, com melhores sensibilidade (60,7%), especificidade (57,5%) e acurácia (58,8%) e, da comparação com 3 sintomas, houve o maior valor preditivo negativo (85,7%). Conclusão: A análise de resultados de biópsia por histeroscopia cirúrgica, juntamente com a abordagem de sintomas associados não apresentou resultados suficientemente elevados para sua consolidação como um teste diagnóstico de adenomiose neste estudo. Ainda assim, a escassez de dados na literatura atual acerca dessa comparação indica a necessidade de investigação da existência de outros direcionamentos possíveis no diagnóstico ainda impreciso dessa patologia, quando abordada por métodos menos invasivos que a histerectomia.
