Digital wallets are included in electronic or digital payments that are widely used by the public in making online transactions. The purpose of this study was to analyze student interest in using digital wallets in Labuhanbatu Regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study were students in tertiary institutions in Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview). Data analysis techniques are carried out by detecting student knowledge about student interest and using a digital wallet and student disinterest and not using a digital wallet. The results showed that the percentage of digital wallet users for male gender was 38 people (25.33%) and women were 112 people (74.67%). The percentage of interest in using a digital wallet is 68% which uses OVO, DANA, and Gopay. The reason for using a digital wallet is because online transactions are considered easy and convenient. Meanwhile, 32% of respondents answered that they were not interested and did not use a digital wallet because it is more convenient to use cash in making transactions.
This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation, service quality, customer satisfaction and competitive advantage on the purchasing decision of the King of Furniture in Kota Pinang.. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents, while the population used in this study was On the King of Pinang City Furniture. The data technique was done by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The results showed that partially (t test) it is known that Market Orientation has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Furniture in Pinang City. Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture, Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture.Then Competitive Advantage has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture. , Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Advantage have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture through testing the coefficient of determination (R Square) 7.30% which means that Market Orientation, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Advantage have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. , 32% the remaining 4.70% from other variables not examined in this study.
One of the indicators are taken into account in measuring the success of development is the construction of a gender perspective. Development efforts that have been aimed at improving the welfare of the community, women and men, was not able to provide equal benefits between women and men. This study aims to determine the effect of gender equality in education, health and employment to the growth of income per capita in the province of North Sumatra in the period 2004-2009 (Pool Data) Fixed Effect estimation method. The results suggest that promoting gender equality in education, health and employment have a positive influence on per capita income. Restrict women's access to educational resources, health and employment, it can hamper local economic development. Therefore, fikir patterns, behavior, culture, and policies that lead to discrimination between women and men need to be changed and removed. More than just economic, gender equality is a form of respect for human rights as well as empower people, men and women, to gain access, participation, control and benefit equally in development..
