The important role of MSMEs being the largest business sector in its contribution to the national development is also providing the opportunity of considerable job vacancies. Creative Industry can be one of the alternatives in facing the tight competition of the world market, so that the Government have the obligation to find, support the regional potency and create the strategy of creative industry development in order to compete with other regions and other countries. Local Economic Development focuses on endogenous development policy utilizing the potential of local human, institutional and physical resources. Whatever form of policy is taken, LED has one goal, which is increasing the number and variety of job opportunities available to the local population.
The purpose of this study is to improve entrepreneurship skills in the development of Tunjung Segara MSMEs by applying the performance-based Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model. The type of research is action research (action research). The research subjects were workers at Tunjung Segara SMEs, totaling 20 people. Quantitative data were collected in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the data processing of simple linear regression test constant values and regression coefficients showed that the entrepreneurial skill variable (X) had a positive effect on the development of MSMEs (Y) with the application of the Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model if the entrepreneurial skill variable was increased by one unit, then business performance will increase by 66.43. Hypothesis Test Results (T test) The entrepreneurial skill variable (X) has a t-count value greater than the t-table value because the t-count value (5.387) > t table (0.444) and the significance level is .000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The results of the t-test of the influence of worker skills on the development of SMEs, the coefficient of determination (R2) The coefficient of determination (R2) is used to see how much contribution the independent variable (X) is entrepreneurship skills to the dependent variable (Y), namely the development of SMEs. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it was found that the magnitude of the influence of the entrepreneurial skill variable (X) on the MSME development variable (Y) was 73.9%. While the remaining 36.3% is influenced by other factors such as human resources, motivation, and mentoring. For MSMEs in Indonesia, the performance-based Paticipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model supports the improvement of entrepreneurship skills so that more MSMEs can develop their entrepreneurial skills.
This is a descriptive analysis research. The data examined were the conditions of visual dan functional of the content of an interface (GUI, graphical user interface) of the state university websites of former IKIP: UPI, UNY, UNNES, UNESA, and UM. Five of these universities, in the rank period of January -June 2014 by webometrics and 4ICU, were the top 20 in national level. The website UNIDK-SHA was used in the comparative analysis of the materials for the input concerning the condition of UNDIKSHA website. The comparison result will be used in developing the material of Visual Communication Design course. The result of the research showed that the interface of the six universities websites had interesting view for visitors. The menus and sub menus are provided on page interfaces, all have links to the respective faculty sub web, web journals and the database of scientific work of the lecturers. In line with one of rank patterns of Webometrics and 4ICU, it seems that the spatial information of scientific report (e.g. research results, scientific articles, and the dissemination of scientific results) still had less attention from some web managers as the objects of the study. The service provided and direct download pattern set at any information that is accessed by a visitor was regarded unsatisfying to visitors, as well as the information provided was likely incomplete.
AbstractThis research aimed to analyze Artsteps’ effect on student satisfaction in work, the effect of interest in online technology application on student satisfaction, and the influence of Artsteps learning and interest in exhibition technology application on student satisfaction. This was survey research with an ex-post facto approach or comparative causal research. Data were collected by using questionnaires and documentation. The data used primary data on Artsteps learning outcomes in 2020. The research subjects were D-III Visual Communication Design students of Ganesha University of Education batch 2018 - 2020 with a sample of 54 students. The sampling technique used was purposive. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis programs assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics 24. The results showed: Artsteps learning partially had no effect on student satisfaction; interest in online exhibition technology application partially affects student satisfaction; and Artsteps learning and interest in online exhibition technology application simultaneously together affect student satisfaction in work.
The resilience of the community in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic led the government to disburse funds to help the economy grow again.
