Objetivo: identificar o perfil diagn�stico de enfermagem para pessoas com Leishmaniose visceral e uma unidade de infectologia. M�todos:estudo transversal, descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa, realizado com 36 pessoas com Leishmaniose Visceral que estavam presentes na unidade de infectologia de um Hospital Universit�rio, no Nordeste do Brasil. Para a coleta de dados adotou um roteiro de anamnese e exame f�sico. Os diagn�sticos foram constru�dos processualmente utilizando a CIPE vers�o 2015. Resultados: foram identificados 57 focos da pr�tica de enfermagem, e elaborado 35 enunciados, validando-se 13 afirmativas de diagn�sticos, sendo estes: frequ�ncia card�aca aumentada, elimina��o intestinal excessiva, tremor, medo, defeca��o comprometida, estado de consci�ncia alterado, aceita��o do regime terap�utico prejudicado,hipertermia, socializa��o, exposi��o � contamina��o, sangramento, ins�nia e o uso de drogas.Conclus�o: por fim, nota-se que o perfil diagn�stico direciona as interven��es priorit�rias � pessoas com LV.
Objective: Report the experience of Nursing graduation students regarding high technological density services, using the clinical reasoning practice as a tool in the care process. Method:It is a descriptive study whose type is experience report of nursing students from a public University, located on Northeast of Brazil, that highlights the practical activities accomplished during the period of May, 23 to June, 13 of 2016. Results:The experience provided relevant results for the nursing students during the practical activities, being structured on the following axes: nurse's work process; developed activities; and practical training. Conclusion:The experience lived by the nursing students was typified as a tool that increases and evaluates the several abilities and skills that the nursing professional must have. And the clinical reasoning practices directs to actions and interventions of nursing increasingly safe and scientific.
