No ensino superior um parâmetro avaliado é a qualidade dos serviços. Uma ferramenta recorrentemente utilizada na avaliação de serviços no ensino superior é a SERVQUAL. Este estudo visa identificar como a SERVQUAL é acionada para a avaliação de serviços nas instituições de ensino superior de acordo com as publicações do quinquênio 2014-2019 da biblioteca eletrônica SPELL, a fim de identificar se a ferramenta satisfaz as necessidades de avaliação de serviços nas instituições de ensino superior e se possibilita a obtenção de dados confiáveis. Para tanto, buscou-se através de palavras-chave que combinem pelo menos dois termos entre os seguintes: Qualidade, SERVQUAL, Ensino Superior, Qualidade em Serviços, Avaliação, e Avaliação de Políticas Públicas. Da análise dos resultados percebeu-se que a ferramenta tem sido largamente utilizada, tanto no Brasil como no exterior, mostrando-se confiável para a avaliação dos serviços prestados por instituições de ensino superior.
<p>São analisadas as operações enunciativas propostas pelas organizações jornalísticas gaúchas com intuito de manter e ampliar o contato com seus leitores. Para tal, são descritas as lógicas discursivas dos jornais gaúchos Diário de Santa Maria e A Razão (Santa Maria), Gazeta do Sul (Santa Cruz do Sul), O Nacional (Passo Fundo) e A Plateia (Sant’Ana do Livramento) ao buscarem contato com os leitores e também são entrevistados os seus editores-chefe. Os jornais criam estratégias singulares para que os leitores comprem sua edição e também para que continuem em contato através do ambiente digital. Entretanto, mesmo que o leitor seja convidado a participar por meio de um novo contrato de leitura, isso ocorre sob regras instituídas na e pela organização jornalística.</p>
O presente artigo encontra-se dividido em duas partes e pretende discutir como o processo de legitimação organizacional se apresenta no cenário contemporâneo, a partir da evolução das tecnologias digitais da informação e comunicação, essas consideradas dispositivos que permitem novas possibilidades de interação das organizações com seus públicos. Tais relações de interatividade são estabelecidas via estratégias de comunicação numa ambiência digital, principalmente pelo sistema da Internet, entendida neste estudo como um espaço no qual se constroem a visibilidade midiática e a legitimação das organizações
Este texto busca compreender as etapas de circulação dos sentidos relacionados à agenda de notícias no campo da saúde pública, especialmente as produzidas nas assessorias de comunicação dos hospitais-escola localizados na região Sul do Brasil. Para a pesquisa realizada, as práticas de comunicação exigem avaliação quando ocorrem em ambientes de alta complexidade e circulação de sentidos. Foram analisadas notícias publicadas pelas assessorias dos hospitais de Santa Maria, Pelotas, Rio Grande, Florianópolis e Curitiba de janeiro a agosto de 2017.
This article, which refers to the organizational image crisis and digital social networks, is methodologically articulated by means of an exploratory research that focuses on understanding the strategic performance of Public Relations professional in anticipation of possible organizational image crisis by monitoring digital social networks and mutual interaction with users. Thus, after an appropriation of bibliography about concepts that based this topic, we concluded that image crisis can be avoided through the monitoring process and the identification of signals that show the imminence of the crisis. In this environment, the study provides a guide to monitoring digital social networks, which can be adapted to all types of organization and thus aid in identification of these warning signs preceding the crisis.
