Entre los materiales utilizados en la industria automotriz, los polímeros pueden considerarse de interés en la fabricación de autopartes, debido a su versatilidad y aplicación. En esta investigación se presenta el modelado y la validación estática mediante simulación de un clip recto de presión de material polimérico poliamida nylon 6,6 de aplicación automotriz. La metodología empleada consiste de 3 etapas. 1) Diseño y modelado a partir de herramientas de dibujo bidimensional, tridimensional y ensamblajes. 2) Análisis de cargas teóricas en el clip y el ensamble. 3) Validación estática a partir de la simulación con elementos finitos. Como resultados se obtuvieron: un modelo tridimensional del clip recto de presión, la distribución de cargas en el ensamble y el clip, los valores simulado de la máxima tensión generados en el clip y el ensamble, la deformación máxima y el factor de seguridad. El diseño cumple con las especificaciones de carga.
Los avances tecnológicos y la irrupción de la Industria 4.0, implica que los ingenieros en mecatrónica adquieran las competencias de egreso necesarias para adaptarse a un mundo de transformación digital y cada vez más automatizado, incluyendo potencialmente aquellas que ayuden en el diseño, manufactura, monitoreo y control de robots, a través de la adquisición y análisis de datos. En el desarrollo de estas competencias, existen herramientas de importancia que ayudan al proceso de aprendizaje de robótica básica, que incluyen el diseño asistido por computadora (CAD), Arduino y manufactura aditiva a través de la impresión 3D, además de la importancia de los conceptos de electrónica, mecánica y programación. El objetivo de esta investigación es recopilar los proyectos terminales generados por alumnos de ingeniería en mecatrónica de primer semestre de la Universidad Estatal de Sonora – Unidad Académica Hermosillo, a partir de un taller práctico extracurricular enfocado a robótica básica. La metodología de trabajo se fundamentó en el ABP (Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos). Los resultados obtenidos fueron la creación de robots autónomos que avaden obstáculos, robots seguidores de trayectorias establecidas (seguidores de líneas) y robots comandados a distancia, todos ellos utilizaron Arduino y fueron personalizados mediante diseño CAD y manufacturados con impresión 3D.
de la vida de los lubricantes en maquinaria pesada, mediante el análisis y pruebas de laboratorio, bajo el criterio de la normalización ISO 4406. La investigación se compone de un fundamento teórico sobre la nanotecnología, las nanofibras de filtrado, lubricantes, aditivos, oxidación de los lubricantes y la norma de limpieza en aceites lubricantes; la ISO 4406:1999. En el segundo apartado se describen los materiales y métodos utilizados en la investigación, desde la metodología de implementación de la tecnología de nanofiltración en sistemas hidráulicos, hasta la propuesta de un procedimiento estandarizado para la toma de muestras en campo, para finalizar con las pruebas de laboratorio de dichas pruebas. Para esta investigación se utilizaron dos máquinas distintas con la implementación de tecnología de nanofiltración; un generador diésel Cat® C4.4 y un motor diésel indstrial Cat® C13 ACERT™, y para cada una se tomaron 3 muestras diferentes en intervalos de tiempo prolongados, en cuanto a las horas de operación de la máquina. En el tercer apartado se muestran los resultados de las pruebas obtenidas en campo, mediante resultados de laboratorio, con la finalidad de verificar las concentraciones de material particulado y agentes contaminantes como hollín, agua y combustible, y en qué medida son aceptables bajo la norma ISO 4406:1999. Para finalizar, se exponen los hallazgos y conclusiones de esta investigación, en donde se destaca que no se apreció envejecimiento prematuro en los aceites analizados a través de su tiempo de uso, cuando este es procesado por un sistema de nanofiltración y se observó una disminución del material particulado a través del tiempo de nanofiltración, principalmente en partículas de >4 ?m y >6 ?m, mejorando las condiciones de lubricación en el aceite.
