Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan terhadap industry kecil rumah tangga yang memproduksi beragam minuman herbal cair dengan kemasan botol plastik. Proses produksi dilakukan secara manual menggunakan alat-alat sederhana, label pada kemasan produk belum mengikuti kaidah yang berlaku. Hal itu mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen pada produk yang berimbas pada rendahnya tingkat penjualan. Pendampingan dilakukan pada aspek legalitas, proses produksi , labeling dan kemasan. Dari sisi legalitas dilakukan komunikasi dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang, didapatkan informasi bahwa untuk produk dengan daya tahan kurang dari 7 hari tidak perlu medaftar PIRT, cukup memenuhi proses produksi sesuai pedoman Cara Pembuatan Makanan yang Baik (CPMB). Dari aspek proses produksi, dilakukan penataan tempat produksi sesuai ketentuan CPMB, namun industri ini perlu menyediakan sarana cuci tangan di ruang produksi untuk menjaga higienitas pekerja saat proses produksi. Pada aspek label dilakukan pendampingan dalam penetapan informasi-informasi yang wajib tercantum pada label yaitu : merek, isi bersih, komposisi, tanggal kadaluarsa dan informasi produsen. Dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan desain label sesuai dengan informasi yang telah ditetapkan dan pemilihan botol dengan volume yang sesuai strategi pemasaran Kepada pemilik industri diberikan bantuan berupa label produk dan botol, sehingga dapat segera memasarkan produknya menggunakan kemasan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Melalui usaha-usaha tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk sehingga pemasaran akan meningkat.
Based on Trans Semarang Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) traffic accident data, it is known that the Trans Semarang BRT still often experiences traffic accidents. Corridor I Trans Semarang with the Mangkang-Penggaron route service area is the Corridor with the highest accident rate compared to other corridors. The high number of accidents occurs because of human error. To solve these problems, in this study using the HEART and SHERPA methods. The HEART method is used to find out what activities constitute critical activities that have the potential to cause accidents and also the probability of human error for each critical activity. Then the SHERPA method is used to strengthen the answers of the HEART method and also to determine recommendations for improvement to fix the existing problem. After conducting research and data processing using the HEART and SHERPA methods, it is known that sub-task 6.4 be careful when driving is a sub-task with the highest probability of human error is 0.549. Furthermore, the subtask was given recommendations for improvement in the form of zero accident socialization to all BRT Corridor I Trans Semarang drivers and to make a particular lane for BRT, especially Corridor I so that the road is separated from other private or public vehicles.
Omah Sablon is a company engaged in screen printing. As a company engaged in screen printing, Omah Sablon must be more creative in designing and deciding business missions and marketing strategies that will be applied in the field to be able to anticipate various kinds of changes that will occur. Companies can continue to compete and move in the direction of consumer desires, because basically the company's function is to produce goods and services that can be accepted by consumers as well as to meet consumer desires. The number of sales that have not been stable causes the profits obtained by the company to not reach the target as desired by the company. That is because the production or ordering process from omah screen printing consumers occurs seasonally. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the marketing strategy to increase sales results. In the analysis of marketing strategies Omah Sablon is carried out using the Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods. The first step is filling out internal and external factor questionnaires which are then analyzed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, with values of IFE 2.69 and EFE 2.31, which are entered into the Grand Strategy matrix and known to the company located in quadrant I (has a perfect strategic position). Furthermore SWOT analysis to produce alternative strategies. Then from the Grand Strategy matrix analysis can draw conclusions to use the most interesting strategy to be analyzed using QSPM. Then from the results of the QSPM matrix it can be concluded that the most appropriate marketing strategy used by Omah Sablon to increase sales is Procurement of QC systems in the production process as a guarantor of product quality, Carrying out marketing programs with canvassing systems and also online systems in downtown Ungaran and providing fast service. and easy and add product variants.
Majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah merupakan salah satu IKM yang bergerak di bidang industri pembuatan makanan ringan dan beberapa jenis produk kerajinan tangan. Ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah ini merupakan penduduk di daerah sekitar Jangli Permai Kota Semarang. Majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah ini berusaha untuk membantu perekonomian para ibu-ibu tersebut dengan mengembangkan industri kecil menengah khususnya di pembuatan makanan ringan seperti donat, keripik, dan makanan ringan lainnya, serta beberapa kerajinan tangan. Pemasaran produk tersebut juga masih dilakukan secara manual, majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah belum menggunakan bantuan teknologi atau dapat dikatakan pemasaran secara online. Ada beberapa tahapan metode pelaksanaan yang akan digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem pemasaran online, yaitu tahap informasional, tahap persiapan alat, tahap pendampingan dan pembuatan e-commerce, dan tahap pembuatan laporan. Sistem pemasaran online yaitu sebuah website berbasis e-commerce. Website tersebut menggunakan 2 aplikasi pendukung yaitu aplikasi wordpress dan woocommerce. Aplikasi wordpress untuk mendukung sistem website dan aplikasi woocommerce untuk mendukung sistem ecommerce. Website berbasis e-commerce tersebut akan membantu para ibu-ibu majelis taklim wirausaha Basthah dalam menggunakan teknologi berbasis e-commerce.
