Hydatid disease may develop in almost any part of the body and can be identified with a combination of clinical history, imaging findings, and serologic results; however, the diagnosis of bone hydatidosis is primarily based on radiographic findings. Bone hydatid disease is often asymptomatic, and its diagnosis is usually made at an advanced stage when lesions have become extensive. We present a case of a 45-year-old woman who was admitted to the University Hospital, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria complaining of pain in her left tibia. Radiographs revealed an oval cyst with a diameter of 3.5 cm, located in the diaphyseal part of the tibia. The cyst was excised, and no recurrence was observed on follow-up. Functional outcome was excellent.
Summary: Brown tumors are bony lesions caused by rapid osteoclastic activity, which rare involved jaws. Renal osteodystrophy (ROD) is associated with different pathogenetic mechanisms -disorder of calcium-phosphate metabolism, impaired metabolism of vitamin D, increased parathyroid activity that lead to extreme concentrations of parathormone. The authors report two cases of jaw enlargement in patients received haemodialysis with excessive increase values of alkaline phosphatase and parathormone in serum. The patients were treated surgically with corrective procedures in maxillo-facial area. ROD of the jaws could be severe complication in dialysis patients with end stage of CKD if no appropriate care aimed at correction or prevention of parathyroid hyperfunction was applied to them.
Primary pulmonary liposarcoma is extremely rare. There are only 12 cases reported in the literature. We presented a case of low-grade primary pulmonary myxoid liposarcoma, which was diagnosed and underwent surgery in our clinic. The diagnosis was established after imaging investigations (X-ray and CT), histologic and immunohistochemical examinations. The patient was followed up one year after the operation.

Clinical-Scientific Notes
442A case of an attempted suicide with atypical antipsychotic (clozapine) in late pregnancy is reported. Toxic effects of clozapine in the mother as well as in the fetus and newborn were observed. It should be remembered as a rare cause of unexplained loss of consciousness in pregnant women, a cause of abnormalities on fetal cardiotocogram as well as a cause of delayed peristalsis in a newborn baby.
