Аннотация. В статье исследуются вопросы понимания эффективности деятельности предприятия, рассматривается эффективность с точки зрения целевого, рационального или экономного использования ресурсов. Исследуется понятийный аппарат эффективности, раскрываемый ведущими учеными с точки зрения возможности решения проблемы или достижения цели в наиболее рациональном варианте. В концептуальном плане определено понятие эффективности с точки зрения действенного способа или возможности решения задачи. Представлено понимание влияния факторов на эффективность деятельности предприятий. Определены факторы, присущие категории эффективности, отнесенные к группе внешних и внутренних. Ключевые слова: эффективность деятельности предприятия, рыночная экономика, функционирование предприятия, получение эффективного результата, влияние факторов.
The relevance of this study is caused by the fact that for the state of the development of the real estate market is a priority in the conditions of new industrialization. The real estate market is a key element of the new industrial economy, and the housing stock is part of the national wealth. Its important role is due to the of meeting the needs of society in residential real estate and social infrastructure, the sector's share in the country's GDP, and the multiplier effect on related industries: the construction industry, the financial market. For the large-scale development of the real estate market in the context of new industrialization, state financial resources are needed, as well as the improvement of the legislative base. The purpose of this study is to identify and substantiate real estate finance as a derivative of the economic category, analyze the current state of the real estate market in the Russian Federation and identify development trends, identify the existing problems in the structure of real estate finance and determine the directions of their development. In the course of the study, the authors examined the theoretical foundations of real estate finance as a derivative of the economic category, determined the functions of the category and the legal foundations of the real estate industry. Built classification of real estate. The assessment of the current state of the national and regional real estate market, the analysis of financial and quantitative indicators of the real estate market in Russia and in the region have been presented. The financial indicators of the primary and secondary residential real estate markets have been evaluated. The trends in the development of the real estate market in the Russian Federation have been defined. The authors studied the activities of economic entities operating in the real estate market; highlighted significant problems in the real estate market in the context of new industrialization and development prospects have been presented.
The article shows the importance of creation of content line of the discipline “Information Communication Technologies” to ensure psychological safety of students in virtual environment. Wide development and application of information technologies is an external side of information civilization, the main trend in formation of information society. Like any other process, the process of informatization of the society has both positive and negative sides. To avoid the latter cause irreparable harm to the development of personality and become dangerous for it, they should be studied already now, and possible consequences of digital addiction, leading to desocialization, mechanical way of thinking, inability to cope with creative tasks, problems with psychological and physical health, should be prevented. To ensure psychological safety in the context of student’s future profession, the tasks of the ICT course should be relevant, topical, and consequently interesting to the student in terms of their practical orientation in combination with mandatory elements of independence. The content analysis, carried out as a result of pedagogical experiment, has revealed competence of students in problems, related to the use of network technologies in daily life and in educational environment. Discussions, seminars, brainstorming have revealed information literacy of high school students, their understanding and ability to resist the influence of the worldwide web. The student audience sees Internet as a tool for the development of the society, on the one hand, and a threat to the development of personality, on the other. Their information literacy lies in the ability to solve identified problems. Education of an active, thinking consumer of information is the main credo, one of the main aims of the discipline, which teaches information technologies, its psychological and pedagogical task.
