The relevance of the research problem is reasoned by the need to develop conceptual approaches and technologies for designing educational curricula based on current and prospective order for specialists' training from educational services' consumers -regional entities of the labor market. The goal of the article lies in justification of the concepts and techniques of educational curricula designing that are based on joint activities of the University and employers to determine the needs in employees for the regional labor market; to formulate requirements on the basis of professional standards to the qualification characteristics of graduates; to develop the content of the basic professional educational curricula. Leading research methods for this problem were: pedagogical modeling and design, study of the universities' experience, questionnaires, pedagogical experiment, as well as methods of mathematical statistics, which allowed completely, explore the effectiveness of educational curricula design and carry out their correction taking into account the requirements of the regional labor market. The article reveals the concept and technology of educational curricula designing, including pre-project analysis; definition of design idea and construction of the curriculum concept; development of the content and main components of the curriculum and its testing; assessment of the design effectiveness. The role of the regional labor market's entities at different stages of high educational curriculum development is justified. The materials of the article can be useful for the universities' development of the basic professional educational curricula, the basic and optional parts' content of educational curricula; at curricula and projects' development in the sphere of professional education.
The article proposes the concept of transformation of the assessment of the quality of educational activities and the training of future science teachers, the main ideas of which are the objectivity of the assessment; its complex nature; the technological nature of the assessment procedures; their openness; the unity of normative and "non-normative" criteria. It is established that the transformation of the assessment of the quality of educational activities and the training of future science teachers necessitate a comprehensive transformation of its content, instrumental and technological characteristics. The technology of transformation of the assessment of the quality of educational activities and the training of future science teachers in the context of the pandemic has been developed, which involves the implementation of three interrelated stagespreparatory, main and final. Its implementation will ensure the adaptation of the assessment of the quality of educational activities to the changed conditions of education; the formation of the subject position of the student in the conditions of informatization of educational activities; improving the quality of professional education by individualizing the content of the assessment of the educational activities of future science teachers, as well as the variability of the assessment procedures used in its implementation. On the basis of expert assessments, proposals for the transformation of the assessment of the quality of educational activities and the training of future science teachers are formulated. Their implementation will allow not only to quickly identify problems in the content and procedural aspects of professional education of future science teachers, but also to timely determine the directions for improving its conditions.
There is a need for individualization of professional education, which can ensure that the quality of training of graduates of pedagogical specialties meets the changing requirements of this activity. This requires the development of individual educational paths of future teachers, providing each student with his/her own ways to achieve common and individual educational goals, to develop those universal and professional competencies, demanded by modern society and the labor market. The research goal is to substantiate the concept and technology for developing individual educational paths of future teachers in higher education institutions based on the requirements of the updated Federal State Educational Standards. The study used pedagogical modelling, a study of regulatory legal acts in the field of education, benchmarking and expert methods. This article substantiates the methodological foundations of the research, presenting competency�based and systemic approaches for the development of individual educational paths. It proposes a technology for developing these paths of future teachers based on the requirements of the updated Federal State Educational Standards. The content and design procedures are described, together with the criteria for the effectiveness of developing the paths based on the study of the best practices in those higher education institutions participating in the project of modernization of pedagogical education. It provides recommendations for developing individual educational paths based on three aspects, substantial, activity and procedural. The recommendations will be useful for modernizing the content and procedures for the main professional educational programs of bachelor's and master's degrees, to ensure that these educational paths are correlated with the requirements of the regional labor market, and the updated Federal State Educational Standards in the training programs “Pedagogical Education”, as well as students’ individual needs and opportunities.
The urgency of an issue is stipulated by the necessity to assure compliance of the professional training quality of pedagogical science graduates with the requirements of the occupational pedagogical standard. Do this requires the improvement of a content and assessing procedure of the professional competencies, ensuring effective implementation of the labour functions established by the occupational standard by future teachers. The research objective consists of conceptual baseline and technology of improving the assessment system of professional competencies of future teachers in the context of requirements of the occupational pedagogical standard. The key research methods were: retrospective analysis, pedagogical modeling, study of regulatory legal acts in the field of education, benchmarking methods; expert methods. The article substantiates the methodological aspects of a research outlined by the competency-based and system approaches to the assessment of professional competencies of future teachers in high school.There is a proposed technology for improving the assessment of professional competencies of future teachers at a higher educational institution. On the basis of the best practices of educational organizations of higher educationthe participants of the Pedagogical education modernization project, the features of assessment of professional competencies of future teachers are established and presented in the educational programs. Based on the expert's survey, there are the following recommendations for improving the assessment system of professional competencies of future teachers. The article matter can be useful for upgrading the content and quality assessment procedures for mastering basic professional educational programs related to the enlarged group "Education and Pedagogics".
The article describes the strategy and tools of employer assessment of the quality of psychopedagogical training of prospective teachers at the main stages of professional education at a university, which is based on the professional standards for teachers and the demands of the regional labour market.The methods employed to research this issue are pedagogical modeling, studying laws and regulations in the educational sphere, studying the experience of universities related to employer integration into the process of quality assessment of psycho-pedagogical training, surveying employers, and mathematical statistics methods which made it possible to comprehensively investigate the effectiveness of psycho-pedagogical training and provide some recommendations for improving its quality taking into account the employer assessment.The findings can be used to modernize the process of professional education and training, they can be of interest for higher education institutions which aim at improving the system of assessing the quality of teacher training, including the quality of psycho-pedagogical training, which, according to the requirements of the updated Federal State Education Standard of Higher Education, requires the involvement of employers and (or) employers' associations to assess education quality.Keywords: Psycho-pedagogical training of prospective teachers, quality of psycho-pedagogical training, professional standards for teachers, Federal State Educational Standard.https://dx.
The problem is urgent due to the need to ensure the quality of students' vocational education in the context of the extreme transition of universities to distance learning. These circumstances predetermine the need to search for promising information and communication technologies that ensure the achievement of educational results. Scientific researches indicate that network educational environmental projects have significant potential in achieving the required educational outcomes. However, insufficient knowledge of processes of organizing and managing network educational environmental projects limits possibilities of their application in vocational education. The purpose of the article is to describe the essence, structure and typological characteristics of network educational environmental projects based on the experience of their implementation in the educational process at university. The authors used the following research methods: retrospective analysis and generalization of pedagogical works made it possible to identify the essence, structure and basic grounds for the classification of network educational environmental projects; the questionnaire of students and teachers studied their attitude to project activities, the results showed prospects of using network educational environmental projects in vocational education. The study reveals the specificity, structure, principles and functions of network educational environmental projects. The research results can be used for preparing teaching materials at university in traditional and distance learning, organizing and conducting network all-Russian and international educational projects, including projects of an environmental focus, in order to improve the quality and practical orientation of vocational education.
