In this paper a design of high-Q switched capacitor presented and simulated. This circuit, which can replace high-Q external passive filters, allows a high selectivity with a tunable center frequency range of 400 MHz [700-1100 MHz], with quality factor up than 1100. Implemented in 0.18 urn CMOS technology, this circuit is intended to be used for ultra high frequency (UHF) applications which requires a very high-Q characteristic.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
