Batik jumput adalah batik yang dikerjakan dengan cara tie dyeing, diikat dengan tali dan diwarnai dengan warna. Batik ini tidak menggunakan malam, tetapi kain diikat, dijahit, atau kusut menggunakan tali. Ada dua teknik untuk membuat batik jumput, yaitu teknik penjilidan dan penjahitan. Teknik pengikatan adalah membuat pola batik jumput dengan mengikat erat kain dengan tali karet atau rafia agar warnanya tidak masuk kain, sedangkan teknik menjahitnya adalahmembuat pola terlebih dahulu kemudian dijahit menggunakan tusukan jahitan pada garis warna menggunakan ban, maka benang ditarik kuat sehingga kain keriput sedekat mungkin. Saat dicelup, benang yang rapat akan menghalangi warna memasuki kain. Benang yang digunakan harus berupa benang tebal dan kuat seperti benang plastik atau sintetis, benang jeans, atau benang sepatu. Sosialisasi jumput batik diadakan pada hari Senin, 18 Februari 2019, di Aula Desa Grogol, Kecamatan Tulangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan pengumpulan data dalam bentuk dokumentasi. Subjek dalam sosialisasi ini adalah wanita PKK dari Desa Grogol, Kabupaten Tulangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sosialisasi pembuatan lompatan batik pada ibu-ibu PKK diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru untuk menggunakan kain bekas atau kain yang belum pernah digunakan untuk digunakan dan dapat digunakan kembali.
Blended learning merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di perguruan tinggi sebagai peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Blended learning adalah perpaduan dua model pembelajaran, yaitu pembelajaran tatap muka dan pembelajaran online/e-learning. Blended learning digunakan untuk merangsang dan menumbuhkan motivasi belajar bagi peserta didik, maka perlu dilakukan inovasi dan kreasi media yang lebih menarik. Media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran blended learning, yaitu software flipbook dan auto play, melalui dua software tersebut pengajar dapat membuat media pembelajaran melalui kombinasi materi pembelajaran dengan format pdf, video (mp4), gambar (jpeg), ppt (pdf) dsb. Media pembelajaran yang sudah dibuat diunggah di ruang kelas (google classroom) diawal perkuliahan. Melalui google classroom peserta didik dapat mengunduh semua media pembelajaran. Dengan media pembelajaran yang sudah diunduh mahasiswa dapat belajar lebih inovatif. Di dalam media tersebut, materi yang disuguhkan berkaitan dengan pembelajaran sastra. Model pembelajaran berbasis blended learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sastra pada mahasiswa PBSI Unipa Surabaya pada mata kuliah Apresiasi Sastra. Peningkatan tersebut, karena adanya kecenderungan peserta didik lebih aktif, inovatif, kreatif, serta antusias dalam belajar mandiri, dan dalam mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan sebagai evaluasi dalam perkuliahan dengan media pembelajaran yang telah disediakan
This study aims to describe and explain (1) Self-image in Oka Rusmini's Earth Dance Novel (2) Social Image in Oka Rusmini's Earth Dance Novel. This research uses a study of Liberal Feminism. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study are in the form of words, sentences in th e form of expressions, and dialogues between characters that show self-image and social images which are the focus of research. The data source in this study is the novel Tarian Bumi by Oka Rusmini. Data collection techniques in this study used the observation and note technique. The results of this study are able to explain the image of the main female character which includes self-image, and the social image that is owned by the main character of Balinese women. Through Oka Rusmini's novel Tarian Bumi, it explains the struggles of women and the conflicting rules in the family that makes one of the main characters, Ida Ayu Telaga Pidada, willing to leave her national title because she doesn't want to follow her mother's wishes. Telaga's rejection of the mother caused the relationship between mother and child to break up. Telaga who eventually left her family and became a complete Sudra woman even though she always had different opinions with her in-laws.
Interference is a language error caused by the influence of other languages, which is often used so that it affects the use of other languages. This study aims to describe the interferences of Manggarai language sentences in the form of question sentences and command sentences towards Indonesian in Manggarai student conversations at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that is the explanation in the form of sentences or language. The data from this study are the results of conversations by Manggarai students. The data source of this research is Manggarai students at PGRI Adi Buana University in Surabaya. The techniques of data collection in this study are (1) see competent involvement. (2) record. (3) note it down. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive techniques because it strongly supports the research objective of describing or obtaining a clear picture of the form of sentence interference in Manggarai student conversations at PGRI Adi Buana University in Surabaya. The results of the study found in the interference of Manggarai language sentences against Indonesian in Manggarai student conversations at PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya, in the form of question and command sentence interference. Interference of question and command sentences as found in the structure of Indonesian language is not logical that is influenced by the local language system or mother tongue.
