This article presents statistical parameters for the cultivation of oilseeds in Russia. Ryazan region is not among the regions that are traditional producers of vegetable oil, but recently oilseed production has been actively developing in the region. Gradually developing and processing oilseeds. In 2018, the area under oilseeds in Ryazan region was 121.1 thousand hectares (+ 25.7 thousand hectares by 2017). The prospects for the use of mustard in the region are noted. Currently, the production of mustard grain in Ryazan region has decreased from 18.6 to 13.1 thousand hectares, which indicates an underestimation of the significance of this crop. The study of multicomponent liquid fertilizers in the field confirmed their beneficial effect on the growth and development of white mustard. Foliar dressing according to the vegetation phases contributed to better preservation of plants, due to this, and obtaining the greatest yield of white mustard seed. The maximum number of seeds was obtained on variety Lucius - 13.9 dt/ha, with the effect of Azotovit + Phosphatovit + RauAktiv - 16.5 dt/ha. The effective action of Galleon herbicide on such weed families as Asteraceae, Labiatae, Solanaceae, some species of Polygonaceae and Chenopodiaceae was observed.
The article proposes the results of investigations on agroecological assessment of oil flax varieties depending on the sowing time in the southern part of the Nonchernozem belt of Russia. The experiments took place at the agrotechnological experimental station of Ryazan State Agrotechnological University Named after P.A. Kostychev on gray forest soil typical of the region. It should be noted that the introduction of new varieties into the zone requires a more detailed study of the technology of their cultivation, including the determination of the optimal seeding rate and sowing date for specific weather conditions. The objects of investigations were domestic varieties of flax: Istok, VNIIMK 620, Sunlin and LM 98. Sowing was carried out in two terms - the third decade of April and the first decade of May. According to the results of experiments, it can be concluded that the yield was formed due to the density of planting, largely due to better survival in the second term of sowing. Despite significantly lower yield parameters of the second crop, such as the number of bolls per plant, the mass of 1,000 seeds, the number of seeds per boll, the yield of Sunlin and LM-98 varieties was higher than in the first term of sowing. On average, the maximum productivity was shown by Istok variety when the first sowing period (21.2 dt/ha) and Sunlin variety when the second period of sowing (20.6 dt/ha). During the years of studying varieties, flax oil content was 36.3-46.3 %. There was a decrease in this parameter in all experimental varieties by 1-3.5 % in the second period of sowing.
This paper describes the research conducted at the experimental agricultural technology station of Ryazan State Agrotechnological University Named after P.A. Kostychev (FSBEI HE RSATU). The aim of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of anti-pest protectants in the technology of spring rape production in the conditions of the Ryazan region. Based on the results, the species composition of phytophages in spring rape crops of the Ryazan region is established. It is revealed that pre-sowing seed treatment of spring rape with insecticidal preparations is highly effective in controlling cruciferous flea and is an indispensable element in agricultural technology. It is also revealed that pre-sowing treatment of rapeseed with insecticides Kruiser Rapeseed, KS (15l/t) and Modesto, KS (25l/t) can reduce damage to plants by cruciferous flea by 1.7 to 1.9 times and increase oilseeds by 6.0 c/ha.
The false flax in the Non-black soil region, including the Ryazan region, is not a traditional crop, along with other oily, such as oil flax, coleseed, types of mustard. Expansion of the areas to sowing restrains because of the lack of the developed recommendations about technology of its cultivation. It also is the basis for researches. The purpose of researches is to study features of formation of false flax productivity, Yubelyar sort, and to optimize basic elements of sort technology (norms of seeding, sowing time) for obtaining high and stable productivity of oily seeds of the crop in the conditions of the Non-black soil region of Russia.Researches are conducted in the Ryazan State Agrotechnological University, on the test fields of the Agrotekhnopark - educational scientific-innovative center (ESIC) of the Ryazan district, the Ryazan region, on gray forest soils. According to the results of the tests it is possible to conclude that for a stable harvest receiving of the false flax it is necessary to have not less than 420 plants per 1 m ² for gathering and to consider the optimum density 400-450 plants per 1 m ². Further increasing of the norms of seeding, more than 8 million pieces of germinated seeds per hectare, led to formation of strongly thickened density that finally reduced productivity and quality of the seeds. The optimum norms of seeding of false flax seeds should be considered 7,0 million germinated seeds per hectare. Setting of the norms up to 8,0 million pieces per hectare significantly didn't increase productivity of the crop, and led to an excessive expense of seeds, sowing qualities of seeds worsened. The danger of grounding of the crop and diseases attacks increased. The best sowing time in the tests is the first ten days of May.
