The paper is concerned with the study of transformations of historical forms of scientific communications and the prerequisites of their development. The authors analyzed the main general historical stages: Antiquity, Middle Ages, Renaissance and the New Age, XX-XXI centuries. In this paper, the authors studied the informal intellectual communication scientists and revealed that this form of scientific communication is an important role for the development of the scientific knowledge. The authors highlighted the main historically established forms of scientific communication and traced their qualitative transformation.
Раскрыта трансформация научно-коммуникативных связей в научном сообществе в рамках становления этоса постнеклассической рациональности и развития современных информационно-коммуникативных технологий. На основе концепции научных императивов Р. Мертона выявлены особенности этоса постнеклассической рациональности. Показано, что он является э тосом становления и открытости, главный императив которогонеобходимость гуманитарного и экологического регулирования все ускоряющегося научно-технического развития современного мира.
The article is devoted to the role of the information revolution in the formation of the modern innovative society. We made an attempt to clarify the relationship of the phenomena that characterize the development of information society: information revolutioninformation explosioninformation society. The analysis of information society formation was performed on the basis the concepts of information revolutions of A. I. Raktov, E. Toffler, D. Bell. We also highlighted main trends in the development of modern electronic environment, which are characterized by the intellectualization of information technologies. Positive and negative aspects of the development of modern information technologies, in particular, the Internet technologies, are shown.
