Rumah sakit harus mampu bersaing dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan mampu bersaing dengan para competitor untuk memberikan kualitas pelayanan terbaik. Salah satu masalah SDM yang dihadapi rumah sakit adalah turnover intention. Masalah ini merupakan masalah penting yang harus diatasi karena bisa mengganggu kelangsungan hidup rumah sakit dan dibutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar untuk mengatasinya. Work Stress dan Work- Family Conflict memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatnyaTurnover intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Stress dan Work- Family Conflict terhadap Turnover intention Pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Azra Bogor. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat unit rawat inap RS Azra Bogor. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan sebesar 76 perawat unit rawat inap. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan multiple linear regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Work stress berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention (P-value 0,013; β +0,443), Work Family Conflict berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention (P-value 0,001; β +0,465). Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang signifkan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara Work Stress dan Work-Family Conflict terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Perawat di Rumah Sakit Azra Bogor. Oleh karena itu management RS harus berusaha keras untuk menekan tingkat stres pada perawat, dan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap beban kerja, meningkatkan konseling, coaching pada perawat sehingga mampu menyimbangkan antara peran pada tugas di rumah sakit dan di rumah.Kata Kunci : Work Stress, Work- Family Conflict, Turnover Intention
