The purpose of this study is to observe and analyze the potential hazards that can cause accidents in the activity of lifting building materials using Tower Crane on a construction project. The method used in this research is Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). By using this method, it is hoped that it can reduce the number of accidents that occur, find out the causes of accidents, and establish control measures. The results of the study indicate that there are 11 risks in activities that have the potential to cause accidents. Where 2 risks have an “Extreme” level of danger, namely an accident with more than one person and the status is “Urgent” so that it needs immediate treatment, 4 risks are classified as “High” which need serious attention and 2 risks are “Medium” which requires special attention. The conclusion of the research is that companies must establish and maintain procedures to carry out hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control as needed by removing water in the basement, grinding protective pairs, using earplugs, making SOPs, using scaffolding, installing covers holes, put up warning signs, cut metal out of the floor, used personnel protective equipment (PPE), and provided a first aid kit. It is recommended that the company immediately recruit HSE experts on each project so that the company’s Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) Department only receives reports and proposals which will later be used as SOPs for the next construction project.
This researches aims to analyze and prove the influence of of leadership, organizational culture, competence and teacher work motivation on teacher performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey with sample size of 225 respondents, and data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of the research, then obtained the findings as follows Leadership, organizational culture, teacher competence, and work motivation simultanously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Work motivation have dominant affects on teacher performance.
This research focused on higher of job rejection result and low of coordination among unit in problem solving of all the projects which is tend to decline of employees performance. The main issues discussed in this reseach is factors influence it, namely human procurement ,development and intellectual capital.The research aims to analyze, describe and test the impact of human procurement, development on intellectual capital and its implication on employees performance at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia. The research used was descriptive and explanatory survey method, so the research attempts to collect, present, analyze, and test hypotheses, to make a consclusions were used Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. The design of study is a survey reseach, the unit analysis selected were core knowledge worker with a sample size of 303 from 1245 employees, based on Slovin’s formula. The results indicated that human procurement, development have a simultaneously positive and significant effect on intellectual capital, and human procurement, development are either partialy or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employees performance level throught intellectual capital. The findings are:(1) human procurement indicates low contribution on either intellectual capital or employees performance, the highest score of human procurement dimension is selection and the lowest is recruitment dimension. 2) human development indicates low contribution on either intellectual capital or employees performance, the highest score of human development dimension is education and the lowest is training dimension (3) intellectual capital indicates moderate scores on employees performance level, the highest score of intellectual capital dimension is social capital and the lowest is structure capital dimension. (4) the highest score size of employees performance dimension based on employees perception is goal and the lowest is motive dimension.
This research aims to know the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System which is implemented in RSUD Karawang. Research Methods: Qualitative Research, descriptive type. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sample. Samples were taken as many as 3 employees of RSUD Karawang as respondents in this study. Result : Leadership commitments and policies towards the implementation of K3 already exist and in writing, the facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of K3 have been fulfilled. While the K3 policy at this hospital is the appointment of the K3 Installation as an officer who oversees the implementation of K3 at the Karawang Hospital, the K3 Planning at the Karawang Hospital has been going well starting from risk identification to risk management. In addition, workers are also required to follow SOPs every time they do their work, and workers have been facilitated with complete PPE by the hospital. The organization has formed an organization for the K3RS Installation but it is still found that the workers from the K3 installation have double jobs where the implementation of the SMK3 program is not optimal. The implementation of OSH, most of the steps for implementing SMK3 have been going well at the Karawang Hospital where the Hospital has stated a commitment, an OHS organization has been formed, conducting K3 counseling to workers, implementing K3 programs such as providing PPE, health checks, and treating sick workers with provide BPJS services. The audit at the Karawang Hospital has been running, where internal and external audits have been running to find out what are the shortcomings of the K3 program and further correct the shortcomings of the K3 program aimed at improving the K3 program.
Focused Quality Management (FQM) diarahkan untuk memperbaiki proses yang mempunyai dampakterbesar pada apa yang harus terjadi jika organisasi ingin mencapai sasarannya. Faktor sukses kritis adalah kesesuaian kinerja perusahaandengan kebutuhan konsumen, efisiensi kinerja perusahaan, efektifitas kinerja perusahaan, kreatifitaskaryawan, produktivitas produk sesuai purchase order, dan tanggap dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan.Hubungan proses kunci dengan faktor sukses kritis untuk perawatan mesin secara berkala berdampak terbesarpada produktivitas produk sesuai purchase order dan terkecil pada tanggap dalam menangani keluhanpelanggan, untuk pemberian informasi desain produk berdampak terbesar pada efektifitas kinerja perusahaandan terkecil pada tanggap dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan, untuk pelatihan dan pembinaan karyawanberdampak terbesar pada kreatifitas karyawan dan terkecil pada efisiensi kinerja perusahaan, untuk pemilihanmaterial berdampak terbesar pada kesesuaian kinerja perusahaan dengan kebutuhan konsumen dan terkecilpada kreatifitas karyawan, dan untuk kinerja quality control berdampak terbesar pada produktivitas produksesuai purchase order dan terkecil pada kreatifitas karyawan. Urutan prioritas proses untuk diperbaiki yaitu ,pelatihan dan pembinaan karyawan, perawatan mesin secara berkala, kinerja quality control, pemberianinformasi desain produk, dan pemilihan material..
