Data epidemiologi saat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan angka keluhan pasien terhadap kualitas tidur. Diperkirakan setiap tahun, antara 20%-40% orang dewasa mengalami kesukaran tidur, dan 17% diantaranya mengalami masalah serius. Berbagai dampak negatif dapat ditimbulkan oleh gangguan tidur; antara lain menurunnya daya tahan tubuh, menurunnya prestasi kerja, kelelahan, depresi, mudah tersinggung, dan menurunnya daya konsentrasi yang dapat mempengaruhi keselam atan diri sendiri dan juga orang lain. Menurut penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Pennsy lvania State University di dalam jurnal sleep, kuliah dengan jurusan media dan teknik cenderung kurang tidur dan begadang bahkan dalam sehari mereka bisa tidur tiga sampai tiga setengah jam lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa fakultas lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Kualitas Tidur dan Konsentrasi Belajar Mahasiswa Teknik Sipil di Politeknik Negeri Kupang Selama Pandemi Covid 19. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa teknik sipil angkatan 2017 (S1) Politeknik Negeri Kupang dengan cara megisi kuesioner Pitssburgh Sleep Quality Indeks (PSQI) dan kuesioner konsentrasi belajar. Sample diambil secara non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 65 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji Koefisien Kontingensi Test. Hasil dari 65 responden didapatkan hasil 53 (81,5%) responden memiliki Hal kualitas tidur buruk dan 12 (18,5%) yang memiliki kualitas tidur baik. Dari 65 responden juga didapatkan 11 responden (17%) memiliki konsentrasi belajar yang baik, 43 responden (66%) memiliki konsentrasi belajar yang cukup dan sebanyak 11 responden (17%) memiliki konsentrasi belajar yang buruk. Hasil uji analisis bivariat diperoleh hasil p=0,093 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur dan konsentrasi belajar pada mahasiwa Teknik Sipil di Politeknik Negeri Kupang Selama Pamdemi Covid 19.
Pandemi COVID-19 mempengaruhi seluruh tenaga kesehatan di dunia, khususnya di Indonesia. Pasien COVID-19 terus bertambah membuat tenaga kesehatan harus menyiapkan diri untuk merawat pasien-pasien tersebut. Sementara itu, minimnya pengetahuan tentang virus tersebut dan kurangnya fasilitas kesehatan seperti alat pelindung diri (APD) akan menambah tekanan pada tenaga kesehatan terkhususnya perawat. Keadaan ini menimbulkan stres pada tenaga kesehatan. Stres merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan kualitas tidur seseorang. Ini dikarenakan stres dapat menyebabkan kualitas tidur yang buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan tingkat stres dengan kualitas tidur perawat selama pandemi COVID-19 di RSUD Prof. Dr. W Z Johannes Kupang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitikal observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional pada perawat di RSUD Prof. Dr. W Z Johannes Kupang yang dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Indeks. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling dengan jumlah responden 44 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusidan eksklusi. Penelitian ini dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Koefisien Korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini dari 44 responden, tingkat stres yang paling banyak dialami oleh perawat adalah tingkat stres sedang sebanyak 31 orang (70,45%), diikuti oleh tingkat stres ringan sebanyak 9 orang (20,45%), sedangkan tingkat stres berat sebanyak 4 orang (9,09%). Perawat yang memiliki kualitas tidur baik sebanyak 24 orang (54,54%), sedangkan yang memiliki kualitas tidur buruk sebanyak 20 orang (45,45%). Hasil uji analisis bivariat pada penelitiaan ini diperoleh hasil p = 0,040 (p<0,05).Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres dengan kualitas tidur pada perawat selama pandemi COVID-19 di RSUD Prof. Dr. W Z Johannes kupang tahun 2020.
