<p> Banyak strategi yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan, salah satunya adalah <em>marketing mix</em> (bauran pemasaran). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Pudanis dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan produknya.</p><p> Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai situasi yang dihadapi. Pengambilan informan didasarkan pada <em>Purposive sampling</em>. <em>Purposive sampling</em> adalah pengampilan informan berdasarkan teknik tertentu, dan infoman yang diambil berjumlah 5 orang yang dapat memberikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian.</p><p> Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan Pudanis menggunakan 4P (<em>product, price, place dan promotion</em>). Produk yang dijual dengan kualitas yang bagus dan jahitan yang rapi. Harga yang diterapkan terjangkau. Tempat atau lokasi yang digunakan masih berada di daerah yang kurang strategis. Promosi menggunakan banyak media sosial dan <em>endors</em> kepada artis ibu kota maupun selebgram ternama.</p><strong>Kata Kunci : Strategi, Bauran Pemasaran, Volume Penjualan</strong>
This study aims to analyze the impact of road construction on the growth of economic enterprises, income people, social benefits and economic benefits received by the people of the city of Semarang. The target sample is a community business owners, which is based on the degree of homogeneity of society and livelihoods, using purposive sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaires and focus group discussion ( FGD ), with descriptive analysis method, and the analysis of SPSS .Based on the results of data analysis has been performed on all data obtained, it can be concluded as follows : There is a positive and significant influence of land infrastructure variables ( X1 ) against the economic benefits (Y1) is acceptable ; There is a positive and significant influence of land infrastructure variables ( X1) to social benefits ( Y2 ) can be accepted; There is a positive and significant influence of land transport variables ( X1 ) against the social costs (Y3) can be accepted ; There is a positive and significant impact of the economic benefits variable ( Y2 ) of the social costs ( Y3 ) can be accepted .
In the new era, much business had done without alived gasoline fossil, far for manufakture industries. Gasoline stations was locations for stakeholder who need gasoline fossil to act their business or develop their activity on the job. Object in this research was the manufactures in the name gasoline station in Semarang city. Whit research about "Analisis Pengaruh Reputasi Perusahaan, Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) Di Kota Semarang", this research could help businessman in gasoline station to find and choose what form of the gasoline fossil effectived enought to respect the customer and it could make a strategy in order that manufactures to be a great manufacture, so the manufactures could survive and developing a strategy to entry in competing of business.Independent variables in this research were trust (X1), firm reputation (X2 ) and service quality ( X3) and dependent variable was buying decision (Y).By result of data analisys which done from all data found, it could take some conclution i.d. : 1) There was a positive and significant of regression effect from trust (X1) to buying decision (Y) 2) There was a positive and significant of regression effect from firm reputation (X2) to buying decision (Y). 3) There was a positive and significant of regression effect from service quality (X3) to buying decision (Y)
This study aims to find out and get information about the implementation of consumer behavior in using the online taxibike transportation services Go-Jek in Semarang.Technique of taking research subject or informant used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling, with criterion: 1) Informant is smartphone user, 2) Informant has Go-Jek application on their smartphone, 3) Informant ever been used Go-Jek services in Go-Jek application, 4 ) Aged 19 years and over, because the age is considered enough to provide opinions and statements that do not change. Informants in this study amounted to five people. More specifically, the five informants selected in this study were informants who had the different number of frequencies using Go-Jek's online taxibike services, which meant that the informant had his own point of view and uniqueness. With data collection techniques used are interviews, and data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive by constant comparative method. In the end, the validity check of the data used is source triangulation. Of the five informants, it is known that one of the informants into source triangulation is Veronica Mutisari, because it has been using Go-Jek services for more than a year.Based on the results of the research, it was found that according to informants, consumer behavior in using the online taxibike transportation services of Go-Jek in Semarang influenced by internal factors which include: 1) Profession; 2) Lifestyle; 3) Past experience; and 4) likes, while internal factors that do not affect consist of: 1) Age; 2) Education; 3) Character or Personality. In addition, it was found that consumer behavior in using the online taxibike transportation services Go-Jek also influenced by external factors that is 1) Friends; 2) Promotion; 3) Price; and 4) Availability of services, while external factors that do not affect are: 1) Family; 2) Social status; 3) Culture; 4) Accident insurance. Humans are the most important resource in an organization, agency or company without human aspects, it is difficult for the organization to carry out the mission and objectives that have been set. It can also be said that if there are no human factors then the organization concerned is also not there because of the actors or objects to be addressed by an organization.This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment, leadership and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Cakrawala Citramega Multifinance Cab. Semarang.The method of research analysis used is multiple linear regression methods. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or census with a population of 30 collector employees.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the variables of work environment, leadership and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Teknik pengambilan yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh atau sensus dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 karyawan kolektor. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan motivasi terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
