Práticas de acolhimento podem representar importante estratégia de prevenção à evasão no Ensino Superior. Opresente artigo apresenta e discute os resultados de uma pesquisa de opiniãocom estudantes de uma universidade federal, realizada a fim de a conhecer a percepção dos mesmos a respeito destas ações e identificar fatores tidos como favoráveis e desfavoráveis à ambientação à universidade, tais como informações consideradasrelevantespara a ambientação acadêmica, as formas de acesso a elas e os principais atores envolvidos neste processo. Participaram do estudo 718 estudantes - não identificados - de diversos cursos de graduação através de pesquisa de opinião por um questionário online. Os resultados indicam o protagonismo dos próprios estudantes no processo de acolhimento e uma parcela significativa de estudantes sem acesso às atividades de acolhimento. A partir da percepção dos estudantes, são discutidos o papel institucional no acolhimento aos ingressantes ao Ensino Superior e possíveis estratégias para sua melhoria.

This paper presents an approach to configure dynamic virtual enterprises supported by smart tools that are implemented to facilitate and to speed up this process in a low cost and effective way. The configuration comprises the setup of the information to exchange among the VE partners during the VE life cycle, the integration of their legacy systems with the VE platform, the configuration of the VE topology, and the definition of information access rights for the VE partners. Details about the implementation of the supporting tools as well as some conclusions based on the results achieved are also given.
