Straipsnyje nagrinėjama žemės ūkio veiklai naudojamų teritorijų raida nenašių žemių savivaldybėse. Atliekant tyrimus pasirinktos savivaldybės, kuriose vidutinis žemės našumas įvertintas mažiau nei 37 našumo balais (t. y. dirvožemių ūkinė vertė įvertinta tiek pat, kiek vertinami smėlio ir žvyro dirvožemiai arba nuardyti dirvožemiai). Iš 52 šalies kaimiškųjų savivaldybių mažiau nei 37 balais įvertintos 18 savivaldybių žemės. Be to, tokio našumo žemės yra ir 18 kitų savivaldybių, 48 seniūnijose. Tyrimui pasirinkta 12 Rytų Lietuvos administracinių vienetų (Molėtų, Utenos, Zarasų, Ignalinos, Trakų, Vilniaus, Šalčininkų, Švenčionių, Varėnos, Laz dijų rajonai ir Elektrėnų bei Druskininkų savivaldybės) ir 5 Vakarų Lietuvos administraciniai vienetai (Šilutės, Šilalės, Telšių, Plungės rajonai ir Rietavo savivaldybė). Apie 32 % šalies agrarinių teritorijų dėl nenašių žemių turi mažiau palankias ūkininkavimo sąlygas nei kitos šalies vietovės. Jose deklaruojama tik 72 % statistinių žemės ūkio naudmenų ploto (likusiose vietovėse -87 %), vidutinis žemės sklypo dydis mažesnis 10-30 %, vidutinis ūkio dydis mažesnis apie 2 kartus, ploto vienete gaunama apie 40 % mažiau augalininkystės produkcijos. Raktažodžiai: nenaši žemė, žemės naudojimas, ūkis, žemės ūkio naudmenos ĮVADASLietuvos regionų skirtumai gana ryškūs, juos lemia gamtinių, socialinių ir ekonominių veiksnių, tra dicijų ir kt. įvairovė. Šie veiksniai turi tiesioginės arba netiesioginės įtakos derlingumui, darbo na šumui, pajamoms ir, galiausiai, gyvenimo kokybei konkrečiame regione. Regionuose, kuriuose mažėja pajamos iš žemės ūkio veiklos, būtina remti žemės ūkio veiklą, kartu siekiant apsaugoti aplinką ir iš saugoti pačias kaimo vietoves. Prie mažiau palankių ūkininkauti vietovių priskiriamos vietovės, kuriose dėl mažo žemės derlingumo žemės ūkio veikla yra nuostolinga ir kuriose kaimo gyventojų tankumas mažesnis už šalies vidurkį arba mažėja kaimo ben druomenių gyvybingumas.Sąvoka "Nenaši žemė" nėra apibrėžta Lietuvoje galiojančiuose teisės aktuose. Dažniausiai ši sąvoka siejama su žemės savybe išauginti augalininkystės produkciją. Augalijos produktyvumą lemia dirvo žemių genetinės grupės, jų granuliometrinė sudė tis, agrocheminės savybės, drėgmės kiekis. Įvairios granuliometrinės sudėties dirvožemiai pagal gauna mos žemės ūkio produkcijos kiekį skiriasi iki 4 kar tų. Augalininkystės produkcijos gaunama maždaug 1,5-2 kartus mažiau vidutiniškai ir smarkiai ero duotuose dirvožemiuose, nei erozijos nepaliestuo se plotuose. Normalaus įmirkimo dirvožemiuose daugelio žemės ūkio augalų produkcijos gaunama 1,3-1,5 karto daugiau, palyginti su glėjiškais, ir apie 2-3 kartus daugiau nei glėjiniuose (Vaičys, Mažvila, 2009).Norint pagerinti žemės išteklių naudojimo efek tyvumą ūkininkų ūkiuose tikslinga: transformuoti mažai našias pievas ir ganyklas į ariamąją žemę; plėtoti šieno gamybą daugiamečių žolių pasėliuose; tobulinti žemės ūkio augalų pasėlių struktūrą; au ginti labiau pelningus žemės ūkio augalus; taikyti racionalias sėjomainas; laikytis agrotechnikos reika lavimų; racio...
The average land productivity score is about 41.8 in the Republic of Lithuania. However, in separate regions it ranges from 30.5 to 55.1. The research object is agricultural utilities in rural municipalities of the Republic of Lithuania. The analysis of land use plan fragments in the selected areas shows that land is abandoned mostly in land areas where non-productive land or hilly relief prevails. Having improved conditions of land use, about 44 % of abandoned agricultural utilities can be transferred into intensive farming.
