Altas taxas de morte materna por causas evitáveis têm se apresentado entre as mulheres negras e de baixa renda. Não dissociar as variáveis raça/cor/classe social possibilita compreender as disparidades na atenção à saúde. Objetivo: Compreender a percepção de mulheres negras quanto às suas experiências acerca das redes de apoio no ciclo gravídico-puerperal. Materiais e Métodos: Um estudo analítico de natureza qualitativa em que foram elegíveis 28 mulheres negras que responderam a um questionário via Formulário Online do Google composto de questões abertas sobre o tema. Resultados: O apoio às mulheres negras no ciclo gravídico-puerperal mostrou-se ineficiente. Como desdobramento da pesquisa, foi elaborado uma vídeo performance com as narrativas das entrevistadas. Conclusão: A experiência vivida pelas mulheres negras na atenção obstétrica ainda é marcada por violências, invisibilidade e silenciamentos, seja na rede pública ou privada de saúde.
