In particular, congenital bridles represent 0.7 to 2% of small bowel and colon occlusions, from all causes. We report a case of a pelvic occlusion in a 22-year-old patient. ÖzAmeliyatsız batındaki peritoneal flanşlar tıkayıcı sendromun nadir bir etiyolojisidir. Özellikle, konjenital bridler, tüm nedenlerden % 0,7 ila % 2 ince bağırsak ve kolon oklüzyonunu temsil eder. Biz 22 yaşında bir hastada pelvik oklüzyon olgusunu sunuyoruz.

Rare and poorly documented, mesenteric panniculitis (MP) is characterized by nonspecific inflammation affecting adipose tissue of the mesentery. Modern imaging, computed tomography and especially magnetic resonance imaging can be very useful in the workup thus reducing unnecessary laparotomy hitherto required for the positive diagnosis of this affection. Pathology examination still remains necessary as it eliminates key differentials notably liposarcoma. This could be achieved through imagingguided biopsy. We hereby report a case of sclerosing mesenteritis in a 43 years old patient.

Intussusception in adults is rare and accounts for 1% to 5% of cases of acute bowel obstruction. Moreso, colic intussusception remains exceptional in adults and is usually secondary to an endoluminal lesion. Abdominal intestinal lipomas are rarely responsible for colonic invagination. They are often located on the caecum or the ascending colon and rarely on the left colon. We report the case of colo-colic invagination on a descending colon lipoma in a 50-year-old woman.

Retro peritoneal smooth muscle tumors of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP) are rare and often misdiagnosed as leiomyosarcoma. We hereby report the case of a retroperitoneal STUMP diagnosed on a surgical specimen in a 44-year-old woman without any history of disease.

We report a case of left diaphragmatic rupture, discovered twenty days after an accident on the public highway. Colic tuberculosis is rare even in countries endemic to Mycobacterium spp. Its incidence seems to be increasing over the last decade. Presentation in the form of abdominal mass is exceptional and often misdiagnosed as gastrointestinal tumor. The possibility of a colic involvement of this infection needs to be considered given the broad spectrum of clinical manifestations of TB infection. We present a case of pseudo colic tuberculosis in a 58-year-old patient with no history of disease.

Neuroendocrine tumors (NET) of the gallbladder are a rare entity with only 0.2% of all NET located in the gall bladder. Well-differentiated NETs occur at a relatively lower age group unlike other gallbladder tumors, whereas neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) occurs in an older category of patients. The aim of our study is to discuss the current level of evidence regarding this pathological entity by means of a rare case report on a neuroendocrine carcinoma of the gall bladder in a 63-year-old patient with a history of diabetes. Patient underwent cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis. Pathology findings on surgical specimen came back for neuroendocrine tumour.
