Abstrak-Batik merupakan warisan budaya leluhur, identitas Negara Indonesia, dan merupakan warisan budaya dunia, buktinya, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) telah mengukuhkan batik Indonesia sebagai Warisan Budaya Dunia (World Heritage) secara resmi dilakukan pada 2 oktober 2009 di Prancis. Motif ornament batik merupakan karya seni dimana karya tersebut banyak menggunakan tanda atau symbol, tanda atau symbol tersebut sarat akan makna, nilai dan filosofi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana proses kerja teori semiotika pada motif ornament batik, yaitu menganalisa tanda, penanda, petanda dan semiosis yang membentuk gagasan kreatif (visual creative) menggunakan teori semiotika Charles Sander Pierce dan proses konstruksi motif ornament batik atas realitas sosial menggunakan teori semiotika Umberto Eco sebagai bentuk representasi nilai-nilai yang terkandung didalam ideologi budaya pesan motif ornament batik sebagai pendapat bersama (Consesual judgement) pada motif ornament batik baju karyawan sebagai identitas Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta. sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi wawasan ilmu kepada kaum akademisi, pemerhati motif ornament batik dan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat luas tentang kajian yang menggunakan teori semiotika. Kata kunci: baju karyawan, identitas, motif batik, dan semiotika Abstract-Batik is an ancestral cultural heritage, the identity of the State of Indonesia, and is a world cultural heritage, the proof, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) has confirmed Indonesian batik as a World Heritage officially conducted on 2 October 2009 in France. The motif of batik ornament is an artwork in which the work uses a lot of signs or symbols, the sign or symbol is full of meaning, value and philosophy. This study aims to describe how the work process of semiotic theory on batik ornament motifs, namely analyzing signs, markers, markers and semiosis that form creative ideas (creative visuals) using the theory of semiotics Charles Sander Pierce and the construction process of batik ornament motifs on social reality using theory Umberto Eco's semiotics as a form of representation of the values contained in the cultural ideology of the message of batik ornament motifs as a shared opinion (Consesual Judgement) on batik clothes ornament motifs of employees as the identity of Esa Unggul University in Jakarta. so that it can contribute knowledge insight to academics, observers of batik ornament motifs and provide benefits to the wider community about studies that use the theory of semiotics.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital, digital technology quality, and customer knowledge on value creation and its implications for customer loyalty on OVO digital wallet users in Jakarta partially and together. Furthermore, the 255 sample of this study is consumers who use OVO digital wallets. In this study in Jakarta-Indonesia and the data analysis method conducted within the Structural Equation Modeling and the confirmed strategic analysis. Hence, the results showed:1) Intellectual capital has a partial effect on value creation in consumers who use OVO digital wallets; 2) Digital technology quality partially influences value creation in consumers who use OVO digital wallets; 3) Customer knowledge partially influences value creation in consumers who use OVO digital wallets; 4) Intellectual capital, digital technology quality and customer knowledge simultaneously influence the value creation of OVO digital wallet users; 5) Intellectual capital affects customer loyalty to consumers who use OVO digital wallets; 6) Digital quality technology has a partial effect on customer loyalty to consumers who use OVO digital wallets; 7) Customer knowledge affects customer loyalty to consumers who use OVO digital wallets; 8) Value creation affects customer loyalty to consumers who use OVO digital wallets; 9) Intellectual capital, digital technology quality, customer knowledge and value creation together have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty of OVO digital wallet users with R square value .85, so that the results of this study found the results of intellectual capital, digital technology-quality, and customer knowledge influence customer loyalty through variable value creation had the full mediation research marketing model.
